First- I have to mention that the employees have OUTSTANDING customer service and go out of their way to accommodate the customers if at all possible (even the deli dept) Lol For a small grocery store great friendly people staff and service but Be prepared to pay too much for most items!! Fresh produce is limited and some products are worse for quality by the day! Meat & Seafood, which used to be comparable in quality, to âhigher endâgrocery stores, are most definitely a lesser quality now. Must have switched to cheaper options -not quite as bad as WinCoâs meat though. Also, if your looking for a variety of healthier foods or need an ingredient for what might be considered ethnic, and/or up-scale options, those selections are extremely limited. Itâs a supply and demand thing? So thereâs no point in runnin to the store real quick. I understand the problem with perishable items, etc. but what IS available seems to go bad rather quickly.    Read moreI will not be returning to this store as long as the woman that runs the self check out is working there. Many people I know have stopped going for this same employee. Each time I pay at self check out this women rushes over pulling already scanned items out if my bag to verify that I have already scanned them, I tell her I do not need help and she continues grabbing my already scanned items as if I have stolen something and I do not like being made to feel as if Iâm a thief! If there was an option to go to a check out line and avoid this women I would, however that rarely is an option. This wasnât just a one time occurrence this happens every time and I have witnessed it with others as well and itâs not ok!    Read moreThis is our local grocery store. We prefer to shop local in support of our community, even though the prices are more often higher. The 18 items I purchased today cost 23.49% more than the same items at Fred Meyer in Longview. For this difference, I should not have to check and bag my own groceries. Today there were15 people in line to use the 4 self-checkouts. I asked for a checker to help, and was told there were none. I waited between 12 and 15 mins to reach the register. At that point, 2 of my items (lettuce and salami) were not in the computer, so I had to wait an additional 4 minutes before someone was able to help me.
