This is a great place to go ride. Russ and Stormie were so helpful and kind. They gave good instruction on how to ride and helped along the way with instruction. They were very safety conscious. I brought my almost 6 year old to ride and they put her on the sweetest and most well behaved mare. I was not worried one bit. My horse was a wonderful and well behaved horse, as well. My daughter started feeling bad from the heat and was about to pass out. Stormie and Russ handled a bad situation with calmness and quick action. Stormie carried my daughter for a long way until she started feeling better and was quick to grab her again when the heat got too bad for her. The day was warm, but not too hot. Decided to book a private solo ride for my first time riding a horse rather than being in a group setting. Russ was very accommodating to this request considering I had no prior experience with these beautiful animals.

Little did I know, I ran into the best instructor to guide me through this experience and instilled confidence in me to bond with Tanqueray (Amazing horse!) earning her trust in my decisions during our ride.

Not only was he above expert levels with his knowledge of horses but the desert itself and its wildlife. I shortly realized that learning something new was ultimately the goal I wanted to achieve going into this experience and I gained that knowledge tenfold.

Russ and Hannah were excellent guides on our personal 1.5 hour ride with me and my son. They were very knowledgeable about the area and they made sure that the ride was enjoyable for us AND the horses. Stormy helped me into the saddle before we began and she made sure I was comfortable and provided me with riding tips and answered all of my questions. Russ and Hannah were giving us verbal cues throughout the ride to ensure that we were being safe and kind to the animals. This was my first time riding a horse and I felt very comfortable!
