First this review is in no reflection of my server. Took 25 minutes to get our drinks. A large floor space with on 4 servers n 2 bartenders tells me leadership is failing. A lot of kids throwing balls inside with out proper supervision. Complain to the food runner but fell on deaf ears. Food lacks flavor especially the coleslaw n wings. Hard to enjoy meal with flying objects heading towards your meal. Management won’t say anything to the parents. The failure is the result of lack of management doing anything especially their job. Since management would not control the kids by facing the parents, then there is no respect to my dining party. Atmosphere could use some work, very open space that needs more character. But hey, they just opened…. Service was okay. Our server wasn’t too knowledgeable on the menu, and our food runner tried his best, but cursing in front of customers unfortunately isn’t professional. Food was okay. We asked for wings as an appetizer and they came out 30 seconds before our main plates… Lol. The celery and carrots were better sauced than the wings 😂. Chicken sandwich was good (wasn’t sauced like ordered, interesting miss from the kitchen), grilled fish sandwich was a flop (i limit fried food so had to try something else). We went during the week of their soft opening, probably a day or 2 after they officially opened their doors. All I have to say is, get the cave creek heat flavored wings or chicken sandwich. They tried comparing it to nashville hot chicken and that doesn't do them justice. The flavor is amazing. Despite being busy, 2 of the owners were talking to guests, while busing tables and running food. They explained that all of their recipes are created there and everything is fresh. None of their chicken or appetizers are frozen. Their salsa was also very fresh. Ive been waiting for a good wing place to open near us in Cave Creek and we were prettt happy here.
