The staff at this location go above and beyond to make their clients feel their best while also being so accommodating. From the front desk team Devin and Taylor B. who were fun, warm, and authentic during my appointment.

My esthetician, Taylor Klein, made me feel so pampered during my micro blading and chemical peel. My skin never felt so amazing. She has so much knowledge when it comes to skin care and treatment options and figuring out a personalized service that was right for me.

Meg Z. killed the game with my botox and my Restylane lip filler placement. She is quick and efficient which made for a great experience along with her knowledge that she provided me about specific fillers. Along with all of this Meg has a great personality that made the appointment top notch.

A few months later, Taylor Klein, was able to provide me a personalized product line for AM/PM usage due to my current skin issues. Taylor B. made it very easy for me to place a large product order and get it shipped to me!

Just another wonderful experience at this location, which starts with the warm and sincere greeting of Devin, who is just the most thoughtful and delightful person. They immediately offer you a beverage and make you smile! Today they had cookies and treats for Valentine’s Day. Seems small but after my drive there, it’s just such welcoming and considerate gestures. The woman who checked me out was also so welcoming, patient and kind. Honestly, the fact that the staff also look so great does make a difference and increases confidence in my choice.

You don’t feel like you’re coming to a business, instead you feel like you’re visiting friends or family. They exude care for you and your experience. That is not how most Medi spas operate, and I must say it’s quite lovely.

I had the BEST experience at the Skin Center’s Southpointe location. I saw Megan for Botox injections prior to my wedding. Not only is she extremely educated and knowledgable, she is also extremely kind and patient. I am very sensitive with needles and sometimes pass out even from small needles. Megan took her time and made sure I was comfortable. I even booked a time that was close to when the Skin Center was closing for the day and I never once felt rushed. It’s now been about 5-6 weeks since my treatment and my skin is PERFECT. We treated some pretty deep 11 lines and my skin was flawless for my wedding day. She also answered any concerns I had leading up to the appointment. As a fellow healthcare worker I wanted to choose a place that I knew was going to be safe and effective, I know the injectors at the Skin Center are extremely educated and stay up to date on the latest injection techniques and that is why I chose them.
