LaBella Bean Coffee House and Eatery — Restaurant in Cecil Township

For the BRIDGEVILLE location (on Washington Ave)-- Great food and drinks. Pretty quiet and calm atmosphere. Service was good for me. Accessibility wise, I think the environment was fair. It had a ramped entry (no automatic door opener) and a fairly open seating area with wide aisles. There were lots of seating options for wheelchair users and low height counters to pick food up from which is great. The bathroom is hard to get to via wheelchair, but doable if there are no boxes in the hallway. However, the bathroom itself is fairly small making wheelchair mobility within the bathroom pretty difficult. There could be improvements made to make it more accessible for people with disabilities, but overall, it was not the least accessible place I've been to! I truly enjoy the La Bella in Bridgeville and visit often. I decided to try the South Pointe location in hopes for my favorite lunch item. When I received my sandwich instead of the picked veggies and chilled pasta salad that comes with the sandwich at the other location I received a pile of "the bottom of the bag chips". I was so disappointed! My " go too" chicken salad sandwich was lacking and was not the usual awesome sandwich I receive at the Bridgeville location. This place is okay. Almost every time I come in there's an issue with the service. The first time the cashier was on her phone and I witnessed a worker touching bread with no gloves on. Today, three workers were socializing and the cashier was stuffing her face while there were two customers in line waiting. To add, the flavors of the pastries aren't consistent.
