I haven't been to a Zoup! in years, but since I moved to this area, I've been here twice. I've been here in the evening and afternoon, and both were great. The staff is awesome. They are chill and you can tell it's a lot of regulars that come by. The hours make sense for the location (in Southepoint Town Center). The portions are normal (not tiny). It 'can' get a little pricey, when you upgrade all your sizes, add drinks, brownies, leave a tip, etc. (like I do mwahaha give me all the TREATS)

Tried Zoup for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I had the Cali chicken sandwich and buffalo chicken mac n cheese — both were delicious, honestly felt like an upgraded version of Panera with food that actually hits the spot. At first, they brought me the plain mac n cheese by mistake, but as soon as I mentioned it, they immediately replaced it with the buffalo chicken one, no hassle at all. Loved the quick, attentive service along with the great food. Definitely worth a visit!

Im convinced the cheese in the mac and cheese is actually just salty cheese flavored water. It’s supposed to look like this, according to staff who was extremely dismissive and rude, and gave no attempt at fixing this. Awesome. Now I know! The drinks were great though.

I walked in not expecting much, but this place was actually so horrendous and disgusting that it exceeded my expectations (not in a good way). There were way too many menu options which felt overwhelming and there was also way too many people. I ordered a cali chicken sandwich with a caesar salad, and they were both perhaps the worst things I’ve ever tasted in my life. The sandwich had the most disgusting flavor and aftertaste. The combination of the stale, hard bread and the disgusting chicken was horrible. It was like biting into a sweaty shoe. Also, the chicken was not cooked properly or something because it smelled and tasted disgusting. The sauce was also bad and the cheese was so overwhelming I wanted to throw up. I only ate 1/4 of my sandwich before throwing it away because I could not even digest it. It was so disgusting. The caesar salad was without a doubt disgusting also. There was way too much cheese and barely any caesar dressing. They also put spinach in a Caesar salad? So disgusting! And the chicken in the salad was also horrible. They looked and tasted like a cat’s paw. So disgusting. The drink options were also terrible. The lemonade tasted disgusting, the mango and peach teas were too sour. It’s like they’re forcing you to eat healthy when their own food isn’t even healthy (or good) to anyone. Overall 0/10 I would not go again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Do not go here unless you want disgusting food! This place is just a knockoff Panera (which is also...

I went to zip with a group of 5 for the first time. Definitely won’t go there again. I told them when I ordered sandwich and soup that I did not want the chipotle mayo.( because I am allergic to eggs) . She put on the order no mayo . I received my order of loaded backed potato soup and the sandwich. There wasn’t only potatoes in the soup, the sandwich had1piece of turkey and half a piece of cheese for 16 dollars. Then to top all there was mayo on my sandwich .Which I noticed after 1bite. I was 40 min from home driving alone so I took some Benadryl. Lost my voice made it home and slept for 12hours. I heard the cashier ask if there was any protocol for people with allergies. She said as told no! Really??? I would recommend McDonalds before this place!! The food was beyond lousy or I should say lack of food? The instructions for allergy friendly...

I was traveling for business and tried this place, since I am a fan of Panera. The soup menu is extensive, but I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup to try a classic, and added the fiesta chicken salad as part of their try 2 ordering option. The soup base tasted like processed cheese. The chipotle ranch was spicier than a salad dressing should be, it rendered the salad inedible. Someone poured way too much Frank's Red Hot into the vat of ranch dressing. The chicken seemed processed as well; it did not appear to be unadulerated chicken breast. The best part of the meal was the side of multigrain bread. Overall I had higher expectations for a Panera...
