I give a four stars because my fiance had a upset stomach and diarrhea for like 6 hours after eating here. Lol Sorry for TMI. He had a burger, so maybe stay away from those? I had the deep fried pickle nickels, they were good. I also got a salmon salad, with vinegar at dressing. I asked them to remove a couple items like onions, cucumbers etc and they did with no issues. It came out correct, and that never happens! The salmon was perfectly cooked, that says a lot for me to say that I promise. It was nice and juicy, it fell apart was just a touch of a fork, it had no bones or spine the parts in it like the last place I ate. My only complaint would be the balsamic dressing was very vinegary. I think maybe it was homemade? Either way it was not good, would have been better if I did Italian dressing, I don't know what there's taste like. Or maybe a honey mustard or something. Usually can't go wrong with balsamic but this was not good. So don't eat the hamburgers and don't get the balsamic dressing. Oh I also had the French onion soup. It was very good, it did have a lot of Italian seasonings in it, which I didn't realize was an ingredient in French onion soup. It's certainly isn't when I cook it, but I am Italian and I like a lot of flavor so it didn't bother me. Just know it has a little bit different taste than most French onions soups. But overall it was good. Also I had a side of fries. Don't shame me for how much food I ordered. All in all the entire bill was $40, so I would say the food is pretty cheap! I had an appetizer a salad and soup and he had a burger with fries. Can't beat $40 even if you get diarrhea all night! Okay bye.

This place has been here for a while, but somehow we've never tried it. Today we got the chance to get lunch here. Standard bar food and a sports bar layout. One room is a big bar, one room has lots of tables. TVs all along the walls tuned mostly to sports channels. Lots of jerseys on the walls and football helmets on the countertops. Menu features the standard bar food staples: burgers, tacos, sandwiches and most everything is fried. We tried the Turkey sandwich on a pretzel bun (which was a standard bun made up to look like a pretzel bun) and the cheesesteak. Side options are fries, cole slaw and the like. Everything was perfectly acceptable and nothing was great. Would we come here again? Probably if someone suggested it. Would we seek it out? Probably not. Interestingly, the bill has a higher charge if you pay by credit card than if you pay by cash. Hmmm....

Staff is friendly but as it was NFL preseason and the local Steelers game was already over I was asking if another game was available... I'll ask.. Never got an answer.. great beer selection, and liquor selection.... But customer service and appreciation go both ways. I didn't want food tonight but i was offered a menu. Nice looking outside area with TV's and a fire. I'll come back. You should try it. Great service yesterday especially with Vanessa. Bathrooms are really clean. Thanks for letting me get a follow up review.

Terrible Experience

We went with a group of 10 for dinner, drinks and to watch the Steelers' Game. Since we planned to be there for the duration of the game, we started with drinks. That was our first disappointment, the martini was not the size of martini's that I've had in other establishments, it was more of a mini martini. The same goes for the vodka tonic. The rocks glass was much smaller than other places. Then we ordered appetizers. Disappointment number two, when my husband took a bite of the pulled pork nachos and chewed on some sort of plastic. Moving on to the meals, they began arriving sporadically, not even close to arriving at once so that our group could eat together. The first meals to arrive were cold. At this point we asked for the manager. When the manager came to our table, he offered to bring more fries to replace the cold, when clearly the server had already brought new fries to the table. I explained to him that at this point the whole experience was a disaster. Instead of offering a solution, he asked us what he should do, in between making excuses for why the service and meals were so awful. I looked around the restaurant and said, that it I couldn't understand why things were going to badly when there were so many empty tables, clearly not busy. He retorted with yet another excuse, saying that they had takeout orders for the game. After the manager left the table, we realized that one in our party still hadn't received her meal! This is easily over 5-8 minute duration. Finally, her meal arrives and it's WRONG! I ask for the manager again, and he arrives at the table AGAIN, asking what he can do, instead of offering a solution. The whole experience was a disaster and we couldn't wait to leave. What a disappointment for a group who hadn't been together in a few years. We were so looking forward to having drinks, a nice meal and enjoying the game and it ended up not being an enjoyable experience at all! WE WILL NOT...

Honestly, this is right up there among some of the worst service I've ever had. We seated ourselves, there was a hostess of sorts but it was very confusing. She told us to seat ourselves but then watched everyone and said OK or not. Our waitress was also working at the bar. We needed more time to look over the menu. She gave us 20 minutes or more...We kept trying to make eye contact, finally had to ask the hostess and she took our order. She was really nice, wish she was our waitress. Once the meal was served our waitress never came by, for a very long time. I was long ago out of water, my soup "appetizer" was sitting in the table in the way the entire time. She came by to take my boyfriends plate after asking the people on either side of us if everything was ok or they needed something. I tried to grab her attention but she went by so fast, never asking if we needed anything. After, I was finished my meal, we waited another 20 minutes probably for her to notice and ask if we wanted dessert. Then she brought the bill. After that it was so long again, we were just disgusted after waiting a long time again. She finally took our money and then we waited for her to bring the card and receipt back. The food was actually delicious but the service left a bad taste in our mouth. We were there over 2 hours for one meal, work one glass of water. LGo down the street to the...
