STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!General Manger and manager giving me the run around on scratch removal for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later no direct call from management. We called once a week to get a update. First week they had no clue about incident report and said they had nothing on file. Knowingly I took a picture of incident report just in case and they seemed shock that I did that. 2nd week the only had Friday available but I could not go due to work schedule. 3rd week Finally called to schedule and manager requested we take the vehicle up to confirm scratches. So I did. Upon arrival Magically the manager found incident report that got mistakenly put in completed file?? Before I go any further the general manager is on location in the office entire time. Manager came out and took a look and He said he needed to watch video of vehicle entering and leaving wash station. Manager watched video for a 10 minutes to watch where scratches occurred. Manager says he did not see any scratches on video leaving wash station. And if that I would like to see video before I leave I could. And that he would call me in about 24 hours with a update. I Did not have time to stay due to work. I left but turned back around to get a physical copy of incident report. seeing how things have gone so far. After I arrived back again I saw original employee I reported incident to. And told manager. That is the guy I reported it to and manager says “No he was not working that day”???So I open the door myself and ask remember me reporting my scratches and me filing out report. Of course employees acts like he doesn’t remember? Meanwhile same employee was in office watching video with manager and with the general manager. So Original employee comes outside And were looking at scratches Employee stated that if there were scratches on vehicle the camera would definitely see because the camera is 4K. Clearly there story not on same page. So scratches were made from me leaving wash station too vacuum station?? I think not! Meanwhile while this conversation goes on for almost 15/20 minutes and they continue repeating there is nothing they can do for me or the vehicle..finally original employee states “you can claim it on me” then out of nowhere General manager finally comes out of office to take a look at it for 5 seconds and says that he already made final call and is was not are car wash that cause scratches and that there was nothing they could do. I said well what was the incident report for? He said just for due diligence.I said can I at least see video as offered before and he says your insurance can request that. All in All very unprofessional from general manager to manager to employees. Know one wants to take the blame for incident or do anything resolve issue.

My husband had his truck washed 3/20/21, then parked to vacuum and wipe dry the outside.. While drying it, he saw there were straight line scratches, multiple. He asked the staff to take a look at it and they made an incident report. My husband took a photo of the completed incident report because knowing a bunch of children worked there, they would misplace it or something else. They told him they would have to have the guy who buffs out the scratches to contact us next week to schedule the areas to be buffed out.
We called back the weekend of the 24th, they told me they had lost the incident report and I then notified them I have a copy of it and they were shocked that I had that, they said they would call me back to schedule.
The weekend of the 1st of April I called to follow up, and they proceeded to say well, the schedule isn't made yet for the guy who needs to buff it out.
Today 4/7/2021 I contacted the company and they did have the incident report, but said they needed to see the truck to see if it is approved by management to be buffed out (first I'm hearing of this). My husband took the truck by, they said it wasn't done by their car wash, they checked the cameras and said they cannot see any scratches before or after the truck came in and out of the carwash (KEEP IN MIND OUR TRUCK IS SILVER AND THE SCRATCHES ARE ALSO SILVER). They also said they didn't know who was working that day (even though the person who wrote the incident report was in the same room today and denied know if he wrote the report or not). They refused to do anything about it, the General manager said it wasn't done at their car wash, even though that's the only one we ever go to. He also said they only make incident reports to keep track and not actually do...
Read moreOn July 28th, a few days before that, I stopped by for a car wash. Armando not only gave me a full-service car wash; he vacuumed and polished the dashboard of my Saturn SUV. I handed him an $8. tip, he reluctantly accepted. While I waited inside, Mgr. Kyle, made me comfortable in a chair, and offered cold water. These guys have been great! This is not the first time Armando treated me to a full car wash. The first two times, when I asked about a full-service detailing, which is not offered at Watershed locations, explaining that I live in an apartment, where it is difficult to take care of the inside of my car. So, Armando insisted on not one, not two; but 3 free full service car washes. On the 4th visit, as I was going to the Goodwill store to pickup a small desk with a friend from church, we stopped at Round Rock donuts so I could buy a dozen famous Round Rock donuts, donut holes for the crew at Watershed ... just a simple way to say "Thanks for such caring, great service!" ... once again, Armando was at the station, assisting customers and happily received the donuts for his teammates and Kyle, Mgr. ... once again, he insisted that I accept another free full car wash! If you don't visit this location and meet Armando, Kyle, the Mgr. .. all the guys ... you are missing a real treat, Blessing!
