An incredibly wonderful experience. First, the people. The owners are some of the nicest people youāll ever meet, as they treat you with kindness, respect, and are extremely humble in their approach. You donāt find this anywhere.
Next, the meat. In a word, itās perfect. From the goat, to the beef, to chicken, it is always so tender and juicy. Iāve had meat from the halal meat markets in places like San Francisco and the New York Metropolitan Area, and none of them ever have consistently top-notch, tender meat like they have at Quality Halal.
Another reason the meat is on another level is because it is specifically Zabihah, tahir meat. Many āhalalā meat markets say they offer halal, but what they mean is that there is no pork at the store. Quality Halal is not like that at all, as it is authentic, and I can always feel comfortable knowing that it is indeed halal.
Seriously an all-round great time when I go here. Austin in general has a pathetic dearth of halal restaurants and meat markets, and we are so blessed to have Quality Halal. Truly an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to give a zero star today to this place and owner. I ordered for meat and got an urgent call which I had to attend and then went to pick it up and requested to weigh as I did not see. The owner picked up an argument that I went on phone and I can't judge them. š I said this is not how you talk to a customer, this was just my request and went to the counter to bill other items when he came behind me to pick up a fight saying you can't complain to the bill guy as he is the owner and the bill guy can't help with any of my complains. It was so wired of him to behave like that with a customer and end of story he took a photo of my car not sure for what purpose.lol.dearfriends pls support me on not getting any purchases until the owner learns how to behave with a customer. I would rather...

I've learned that tahir chicken is a halal version of the organic free range one, and it's best to cook it in the pressure cooker. Well, maybe I will reconsider buying it again... because the broth was really delicious.
There are apparently several types of chicken sold there, it's worthy of asking more about it.
I have nothing to compare to in this area yet, but I'm not coming back here for the meat. Chicken is not chewable, I've never tried such a hard chicken in my entire life. I agree maybe it's truly free range, but what it's good for if we can't eat it. Well, chicken broth was good though. I did find a couple of products that we buy. I recommend checking the...
