Whataburger — Restaurant in Cedar Park

Update Sunday July 13th 2025... I'm not sure if managers and staff realize this but when customers come through the drive-thru or inside they expect quality of food and quality of service set by not you but rather your corporate office If I come through the drive-thru and the fries I get taste stale and old and I take the time to drive back around Park come inside and request new fries because I'm not paying for anything but hot fresh food do it without attitude and do it without talking crap in the background in the kitchen cuz I will hear you and I notice everything... I'm paying for this food so why should I pay for food that's disgusting by being cold and stale because someone doesn't know how to keep the quality service up to spec.. you can read every review that I posted on here there's many my reviews are honest but they're Direct you don't want one like this don't act like that and yes you lost a star

UPDATE Tues. DEC 12TH 2023 FIRST POST ( BELOW ) WAS TWO YEARS AGO Since my initial post and two star rating the quality and service has improved... Is it perfect every time? Of course not nobody is but I don't fault minor mistakes as long as they are not frequent... My orders can be tedious but not difficult and usually for one... Side note, the chili for the chili cheese fries is amazing. I'm going to say this only because it seems to be a constant issue.... If someone orders a burger " plain and dry"... it means just that...NO CHEESE.... in addition...try not to lie to my face...when I order food and I request the chicken "made fresh" and have made it clear I am willing to wait ..dont lie and say "everything is made to order" only to had me food that came to me 1 minute later and obviously not "fresh".... it makes you look foolish and I have no problem waiting while you remake it again.... I love Whataburger...but please do better on service as to not diminish a pretty...

I’m not one to usually complain but I just had to share an experience I had at this Whataburger in Cedar Park on Whitestone Blvd. My family of 4 went to Whataburger after attending the Winter Jam Fest at the H-E-B center this past Sunday. It was just after 11:30 PM. The store was not busy what so ever. We went to the drink station and all 4 containers of tea were empty, I notified someone, they filled our cups from the back and never came to get the tea canisters and about 30 minutes went by before they did to make more tea. Needless to say no refills for us. We placed our order and the receipt was stamped at 11:46 it took 20 minutes to receive our order. When we received our order the medium fries were only half filled the 3 orders of onion rings were saturated with oil. We asked for more fries which were filled fully and fast. I sent back the onion rings for new orders. It took over 5 minutes to fry onion rings that take less then 2 minutes to fry?? When they brought the onion rings they were a little dark and tasted a little burnt but at this point I wasn’t sending them back yet again especially since I was almost done with my burger. That was a little ridiculous. My Sweet and Spicy burger, one of the patties was still a little pink inside. The whole experience was horrible. The worst part was it was a manager that took and expedited our order and another manager that was cleaning the lobby and neither one did or said anything to compensate for...

Superb tasting food, value of food = price, generally excellent customer service...especially at the 1431 location between HEB and Home Depot (tried 4 other ones this one is my favorite), occasionally orders are messed up but they make up for it and more with refunds and reimbursing entire order completely for any day of choice, can easily and potentially build relationships with staff (which I adore because they do recognize familiar faces), lobby is sometimes messy (some customers are absolute animals in there and leave their food all over), great for a midnight meal, breakfast is from 11pm-11am....honey butter chicken biscuit is a MUST TRY AT LEAST ONCE!, speed of food arrival is usually at an average pace but I can come out before you're even done getting a fountain drink (not exaggerating), and they're very accommodating! Love it there! I've been eating here for a few years now and finally decided to write a review lol. It's least I can do!

Notes: $.50 extra for 1 slice of cheese on regular burgers (#2 Double Meat Whataburger it will be $1.00 more for cheese because X2...unless you ask for only 1 slice of cheese), $.38 extra (1): Ranch, Honey BBQ, Honey Mustard, Jalepeno Ranch, Gravy, etc. , shakes are amazing (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry), sweet tea is excellent, MORNINGS ARE PACKED 7am-11ish (breakfast rush), apple pies are out of this world if fresh, chicken strips are delicious and moist, breakfast...
