First time coming here today because we got one of those magazine ads in the mail with a coupon. We live down near Parker so we were sad to see that location permanently closed, but the Aurora one wasn’t too far from it so we still gave it a shot, and they did not let us down! As someone who used to work in another small local wing chain, I have high expectations for wing joints. The woman up front was very knowledgeable on sauces and the variety of items they had, and prices were high but were to be expected from smaller chains, especially with Denver’s commercial building leasing prices. We got three varieties of wing flavors, two varieties of fry flavors, their chicken tender sliders, and for dessert the banana pudding parfait. All of it was absolutely excellent. The wings are properly sauced and dusted, they were fresh and juicy and a proper size for what your paying for, the fry seasonings were unique from other joints and had a great flavor, only downside of the fries was that they weren’t freshly cut, they’re pre cut waffle fries so the freshness was lacking a little there. The chicken sliders were a little dry and could’ve used some mayo on the buns, plus I think the buns should’ve been toasted, but besides that the tenders were good and the sliders overall were what was to be expected. The parfaits were absolutely amazing. They’re small but they pack great flavor and were easily some of my favorite parfaits I’ve ever had. Only downside overall of this place was that their lemonades aren’t very sweet, and the sliders were a little dry. Overall this was a 9/10 place and we will be back again. Thank you so much!
To add, the sauces for the wings are all excellent and their hottest flavor isn’t too hard to tackle and is great to get on the side to mix with other sauces to make them hotter without either flavor over...
Read moreI want to be fair the sauces are great service was good I had no issues this was my first time eating here and was looking forward to the wings. But I got my order got home and those wings are so small and to pay 18$ for this is not worth it they are are the size of my pinky. These are to be blunt wings you’d see at a Chinese buffet small and not worth premium. If you’re going to charge a premium price for these and then up size the meal to make up for the loss of the premium wings. Photos don’t do it justice the drums and wings are the size of my pinky. I’m hoping that they fix or get better wings. I’d give it another chance but I wouldn’t pay 18 for this was like 8.99-10.99 meal. Boneless would be preferable. But even then 16.99!for boneless wings. I will give it another chance when they fix the wings.
Update: it’s been a week since this manager messaged me on here that they would love to rectify or refund. I emailed the day of the a message for them respond. sent two emails In total a couple days apart and no response. I’m sure it’s just PR control to look like they are doing something about it. When they aren’t. Secondly I’ve been to multiple restaurants around the area. all have normal sized wings. Go to BAD daddies burgers. good burgers and wings. If CD WINGS really wanted to they would get another supplier for their wings. Since I’ve looked at all their past reviews and seems to be going on for a While. Side Note didn’t want a refund would have been fine with a make...

Update 1-28-25
Decided to give the Aurora location another chance:
Wings were Definitely bigger than my last review They made up for it by giving us more extra wings vs what we ordered so overall I’m satisfied. They even had a sign stating wings were smaller due to supply chain issue and would be giving extra wings. I’m glad they listened
Well, Ive been to the original location in Westminster several times. I was thrilled to find out that other locations opened up. I’ve been to the Aurora location 6 times now. Every time I get the 40 wing combo and I have plenty of leftovers. I never finish the fries. Just sooo much food. The wings are enormous and I’m always full. I need two empty trays to store all the bones. I go on 8-19-24 and order 40 wings and to my surprise the wings are tiny. And when I say tiny I mean 20 wings didn’t fill up one tray when before they were about to fall out before. I finished all the fries. And one tray was half full of bones. Two wings had visible bone when before they would be covered with chicken. I left hungry and extremely disappointed. Flavor and service was great. But seriously CD wings!!!!!! Not sure illl ever come to this location again. I hope this isn’t the case at...
