I recently visited Phò Vy in Aurora and had the pleasure of trying their Vietnamese iced coffee. The experience was nothing short of exceptional and authentically Vietnamese.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by the inviting ambiance and friendly staff. The decor exudes a cozy and traditional Vietnamese charm, instantly transporting me to the heart of Vietnam.
The Vietnamese iced coffee itself was a true delight. It was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of strong, aromatic coffee and creamy sweetness. The rich flavor and smooth texture were exactly what I was hoping for, capturing the authentic essence of Vietnamese coffee culture.
The staff at Phò Vy were attentive and knowledgeable, making sure I had everything I needed and providing excellent service throughout my visit. Their passion for delivering an authentic experience is evident in every detail.
Overall, Phò Vy is a hidden gem in Aurora that offers a genuine taste of Vietnam. Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or just looking for a great coffee, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more...
Read moreMy husband and I have been going here regularly for about two years because the food is good and it’s close to our home. However, the costumer service has went from unfriendly to hostile. At first it started with comments like “you should try other restaurants you come here too much” or some snarky comment like that I just assumed was a weird sense of humor so I politely smile every time and move on. Sometime they clearly look unhappy that we’re there and this week, the server told me they’re closed when I walked in and when I saw other people sitting , he acted like it was a joke. I again, let it go and had my food and as I was paying he comes up to me to say they really are closed the next day. They weren’t. We have always been super respectful, never stay longer than the half hour it takes to eat and never leave without tipping 20%(even with the unfriendly staff) . I am not going to waste my energy in assuming why us of all people he is like this with but the level of animosity towards us honestly baffles me and at this point, I will take his suggestion and...
Read moreReluctant to post this but I think I should...we love Pho and know how it should taste. We were the first to dine at the Aurora location at around 5:00pm. We had to ask for Menus after sitting at a table for 10min...when our orders of Pho arrived...we had to ask for utensils...we also had to ask for all the garnishes for the Pho...nobody else was in the restaurant yet...and they were not setting up for dinner either. The Pho was definitely off...had a very odd flavor...a flavor that is hard to describe. We told the waiter and he offered to get another bowl for my wife...this second bowl tasted worse! Waiter explained they had "two" pots of Pho....what one bad and another worse??? He said nothing changed with recipe...but it was not right. It made my wife sick for three days afterwards. They offered to remove the cost of the Pho from the bill which was nice. The combination of really bad service and bad Pho has put this location on our "no go" list...
