Also, the customer service is beyond stellar! There were several occasions where my rough hands kept breaking my chain to my initial necklace. Every occasion I requested another Bri was more than ready to assist and friendly EVERY time. I am a lifetime member! Can’t wait for my next piece!

I ordered a circle pendant but they sent a heart pendant. I never reported it because I just wanted my chain for the weekend I was gone. I have had it for a couple weeks. I know it's too late but I wish I can send it back for the original chain I paid for. It's a great chain though not going to lie. I just hope they pay attention...
