Taqueria valencia — Restaurant in Birmingham

If i could give it zero i would. First they charged me twenty bucks for burrito and i wasn’t going to say anything because i love to support small businesses. By the time i got home i had realized they had given me the wrong order. I called and asked if i could get my original order due to the fact that i had an allergy to an ingredient in the food. He was very respectful and said that it was completely fine. I drove with my friend thirty minutes back to the truck and when we went up to the window and told him who we were, a woman told us that it was our fault for not ordering correctly and that she wouldn’t give us a refund or the food like we had been told. I was overcharged 14 dollars on food i can’t even physically eat. Then she asked us to bring the food back since we didn’t want it even though would we still not get our correct order. I’ve been to a lot of taco spots in Birmingham, but Taqueria Valencia is on another level. The food is always fresh, seasoned perfectly, and served hot. The carne asada tacos are my personal favorite, but honestly, everything I’ve tried has been delicious. You can taste that everything is made to order.
