Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alabama

So my husband and I came to this location trying to see if maybe this time we would get better service and food seeing it use to be 1 of our favorite locations.

Well we were wrong! We pulled up to the drive thru and the white woman looked at us and rolled her eyes and was pissed to say the least bout us pulling up...... Then a black guy came to the window that was outside with the woman as we pulled up......He then told us that they had 8 mins til closing but I place order at 8:48pm so technically that would be 12 mins and that all they had was Hot n Ready Pepperoni Pizza and 1 ICB, but I asked them "You are bout to Close?" "I Thought you closed at 10pm and he again said " that's all we have and we are bout to Close"

So u told him yea I guess.....my husband looked it up online bc we knew they didn't close at 9pm.....Nope checked and they close at 10pm, I placed my order at 8:48pm, I didn't get what I originally wanted due to being lied to bout them closing an hour early supposedly! All the cars that pulled up behind me in the drive thru and that pulled up and came in they turned them all away and said they were closed! Smh! I understand they stay busy but I'm pretty sure all people they hire are told that it's a high volume store etc etc.....so if u don't want to work then find a job working somewhere else instead of running someone else's business...

Went here last week on Sunday October 8th and got a pepperoni pizza in person no deliver no nothing straight through the drive through. This place is no more then 5 minutes from my house so it being my fault is not the case. When I got home without realizing it I grabbed a slice and bit into it. The pizza was hard as a rock and it literally chipped my tooth and shredded the roof of my mouth. I then did what I was supposed to do and I emailed corporate on their website and never got a response so I messaged their social media and told them what happened and even sent pictures and video proof. They told me to call the number they sent me. So on Tuesday I called and explained what happened again and they said someone from this store would contact me. A few days go by no call no email no nothing. I then called back again on Friday and long story short was told I was in the system to be contacted and yet still never contacted. The next day I said I'll just confront them in person since they won't contact me and I find out the store is closed liked condemned closed boarded up and destroyed. So now I am out $6.88 and a dental bill and have once again contacted them through a social media requesting to be contacted by someone in corporate that's a manager or something to...

This place is always disorganized. Rarely will you see the same person working twice. No one's ever at the register to help you, but there are workers in the back. They might see you, but you'll stand there waiting 5 - 10 minutes while they avoid eye contact like you're an invisible ghost.

Update: 1/5/25 I originally gave 3 stars for food and 2 for service Late night dinner. Lobby closed at 8:15 pm, went through the drive through. Tried to order pepperoni crazy puffs and Detroit deep dish 3 meat pizza. The girl at the window responded, "No, we aren't making crazy puffs anymore." I ended up ordering the deep dish and cheesy Italian bread. We waited over 30 minutes and when we got our food home discovered very under cooked dough. Both the Italian bread and pizza were raw and doughy. We tried calling the store several times before they closed with no answer. The store closes at 10 pm. What a waste of time and money!
