Worst experience ever. I have used them in the past no problem. However this recent experience will definitely have me looking else where for any future purchases. I ordered a complete bed room set in March. I was informed that the furniture was 8 weeks out. Which turned into July before I even got some of my order. The bed was fine the Dresser damaged they where contacted immediately it was not until September that someone finally came out to attempt to fix the broken dresser (that I had to pick up the parts myself prior to this) only for them to say that it can't be fixed. Also in September my final piece came the chest of drawers with a huge crack requested that this be replaced as well I'm not paying for any furniture that was damaged. It is now Nov my dresser is scheduled to be delivered on the 9th and no word on the chest of drawers except a phone call asking if I just wanted to keep at a discounted price no I absolutely would not. Whole time I'm making payments except one because at this point when the payment was missed I was getting the run around and informed them that I was not making another payment until my initial concern was resolved. As of today no payment is behind no one has offered to even give me any type discount other than keeping the damaged chest of drawers. The bed is the only item I can use the chest of drawers I cannot use as I don't want them to think that I caused any damage and the dresser cannot be used as it is now worse than it was before the guys came out to attempt to fix now none of the drawers are on track they will not close so now its a tv stand until my new one arrives. We have been searching for a couch for a while and one of our stops was at Standard Furniture in Center Point. The service and attention we received was amazing! If you’ve shopped for furniture lately you know the commissioned sales people hover around you and can be extremely annoying. Standard was the only place we went that honored our request to let us look. When we had a question we approached the sales person and she was wonderful, answered questions, prepared a quote, explained the protection plan and delivery details. We ultimately found what fit our needs best at a second favorite store but we will certainly shop at Standard Furniture in the future! Shout out to Quanita for all of her help!! She...

On my recent visit to the store, I was greeted by Quanita and Kim and they were so very pleasant to me. I was assisted by operator (QA06), and she took my final payment to pay off my furniture balance. Throughout the transaction she gave good customer service. During our conversation and submitting my payment, Ms. Sarah walked up and said, "hello Ms. London, you are always making your payments with no problems" "please come back to see us for more furniture" I was glad to say that I will definitely be back to visit the store to give more business. This is a great team overall. It gave me a great feeling overall once I left out of the door! ...
