Poor experience twice. They are local to me, so I gave the benefit of the doubt on the first visit, as I too was late picking up. No communication after commissioning the work. Took over a month to get 3 shirts the first time. When I picked up the others, I asked to purchase hats and shirts to be printed, and I brought more of my own. Same scenario, no return phone calls, nothing had been done in over a month.
