Came in 2 mins before closing that's advertised on the door only for the employee to say they're closed when the sign clearly says 8pm. I was there at 7:58pm now I have to go all the way to lit in Bentonville because an employee didn't wanna sell me some papers when they literally should've been open for 2 more mins. Was a younger brunette with a tye dye shirt. Not cool I do hundreds of dollars of business here since it's close maybe I should go somewhere else since my money isn't valued...

Was a frequent customer and had bought a cartridge battery for $25. Had came precharged and I had used it until dead. Even trying other cords and boxes, the battery wouldn’t charge and they wont give a refund on the product. Don’t gamble for whether or not your product will work, especially if they wont test them...

Everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful!! They definitely make you feel comfortable and safe!! There is not dumb questions here and they are more then willing to share the knowledge they have!! Love this place...
