United States Postal Service — Local services in Centerton

Where to begin???? There is a Female that works the front desk here and she is completely unprofessional! She is rude when people ask questions, and she isn’t pleasant or helpful in anyway! What I don’t understand is if you don’t like your job then quit. If you can’t be a pleasant individual at least some of the time then you shouldn’t be working with the public. The attitude is unnecessary! You get paid hourly to do the job. Part of the job is to help customers if you don’t wanna help customers again you probably shouldn’t be working for the post office. Unfortunately it’s the only post office in Centerton so those of us who live in Centerton have to go there and interact with this person. A carrier knocked our mailbox off 2 months ago and we are still waiting for them to replace it. We have gone through several steps in this unbelievably lengthy process but it doesn’t seem like anyone is in any rush to fix their mistake. To make things worse, we are expected to visit the post office in person to pick up our mail and it has been this way since it was destroyed. We have to wait in line some 20 minutes or more sometimes just for the person behind the desk to ALWAYS be rude. They won’t provide a post office box and instead are asking that we pay $40 a month for it. For a mistake they made!! I’m seriously blown away at what an awful experience...

I think associates here clearly not interested in doing their job. I had a package and asked for the best and affordable prices, the associate showed me the range of price on the screen and I confirmed again before paying the price. I was walking out and saw flat rates box of almost the same price like 50 cents difference but it a priority mail service. When I asked why they didn’t provide this option, he says they don’t need to that and says to talk to the manager for any issues. They couldn’t do a refund either, leaving me no choice.
