They sell defective products. I have been a regular customer with them yet, no more. They are to many places that won't rip me off. I purchased a product the day before, whet shopping, got home and unpacked product only to find out was not working at all. Go in the next day, with receipt, demonstrate how it doesn't work and get told there is only a 10h Return window? (That they very recently just changed as they use to assure people that if anything is wrong just bring it back and they would take care of it) This is not the case at all. Why have a return window when the store closes, I'm I supposed to return this a midnight when the store is closed? They are selling defective devices, they are dishonest, and their assurance doesn't mean anything. I'll be going somewhere that won't waste my money and time from now on and do should you. Dude I always come here and this time I bought 2 coils. Asked for what can work on my mod the highest, trusted them as they usually know what they are talking abt. Unfortunately I got sold coils that go over the watt limit of what my mod can go and so they didn’t work. My mod can only go up to 40 watts and these went from 60-80. Went back to explain to the same girl that sold me these, how they don’t work. I couldn’t get a refund/exchange. And she kept arguing that those were just duds not working and these coils do work. But it’s impossible for them to work. How do I know this and I don’t work there. I will never go back into this store. Bought a vape kit a few months ago and had trouble with it before I even walked out of the store. He played around with it for a few minutes and chalked it up to me being new to vaping 😤😳 I stopped in there several different times after that and each time it was pretty much the same thing.
