RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Centerton

I forgot to take a picture of the plate, because I just couldn't wait to eat. What I can tell anyone that eats here, is: They are fast, attentive, and friendly. I try not to go around rating everywhere I eat at five stars, but I definitely felt that this place deserved it. Not just for the food, but the immaculate customer service that we received while there. Juan was the only one there keeping the front of house operations up to speed. Even being so short-handed, Juan was carrying mountains of plates and cups back, getting the tables cleaned, and seating customers. All while making sure that his already-seated customers always had something to drink. He always kept a smile on his face, and enjoyed what he was doing. He is also very good at menu recommendations, and was able to find something for my girlfriend, who was very pleased with her meal. That has to have been the most positive experience I've had with restaurants in northwest Arkansas. I ordered the half-rack of sweet ribs and got their fries and baked beans as sides. Everything tasted exactly as I had hoped it would. I had a beer before my meal, and I left full and happy. I highly recommend this specific Rib...

This place is kind of hit or miss. First time we went to this location it was so good. Food was hot and on-time appetizer came out before the food our server was very nice and prompt. This time not so much. We were sat immediately waited five minutes for server she never came another server came took our drink order said she had no idea where our server was she came back after a few minutes with our drinks she asked if I order I've been taking it after telling her no she took our order. She got it wrong but at least she took it we did not see another server until our server I'm assuming that's who she was came to bring our food and instead of brisket I had one little flimsy yucky looking rib. Instead of bringing me what I had ordered,the brisket, she brings me a whole new plate of food and sets it there and proceeds to go on and on about jow we'll be charged. Sweet tea was not sweet also and our server was not very good. We left still not...

The first thought that will go through your head when you walk into the establishment is are they open for business where they have a half built bar area with no alcohol bar stuff etc. at this time they do not offer alcohol but yet they advertise alcohol beverages on the tables, We ordered sweet tea, and it tasted like they used one teabag in the whole container. It tasted like sugar water. Some of the items on the menu they said that they did not have. descriptions of food on the menu is not what they bring out on your plate, It was all around a bad experience for lunch even after we left where my wife became nauseous. Not sure what it was in the salad she got… I was fine with what I got which was chicken wings but like I said the description on the menu is not what they brought out on the plate… The coleslaw was very washed out hardly any flavor just slaw… this is not the rib crib. We are used to like in Siloam...
