I am a resident of the Watercolors at Centerton, and I have been experiencing persistent issues with my dryer not drying clothes. It fails to dry even a single towel or piece of clothing. I have demonstrated this problem to technicians multiple times. I’ve run wash cycles and then transferred the washed clothes to the dryer in front of them, set it on the highest possible setting, and when the dryer failed to dry the clothes even slightly, I showed them the contents. Even the technicians agreed that the clothes remained as wet as freshly washed.
However, my maintenance requests consistently get closed with a note stating the issue is resolved and the dryer is working perfectly. What I fail to understand is why, despite the technicians agreeing that the clothes are not drying and acknowledging the need for a replacement, I have to go through the same cycle of technicians visiting, checking the dryer, running cycles, and cleaning the ducts. This has been the case for the past three technician visits. I even visited the leasing office to show the property manager how wet the clothes were.
Even after running three cycles on the highest setting, a single towel remains as wet as when it was initially placed in the dryer. WHY IS THERE A DELAY IN REPLACING THIS DRYER? Please do not insult me by saying it’s working perfectly just because it’s running. A dryer is supposed to DRY clothes. I hope someone will take this request seriously and stop dismissing my concerns. I have been a loyal resident, and this is not the way to treat your residents. I am being charged full rent, which includes the use of a washer and dryer, yet I have to use a local laundry service or run the dryer at least four full cycles to dry 2-3 pieces of clothing. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Additionally, I have communicated that I am not at home on Mondays and Wednesdays, and no, I cannot take a day off from work to accommodate your support schedules. I have offered all days except for Monday and Wednesday and tried to be flexible and supportive. Please ensure that when you replace the dryer, it is not scheduled for Monday or Wednesday.
Please REPLACE THIS DRYER ASAP. I have been patient, but the continued dismissal of my requests and the careless, demeaning attitude toward residents is unacceptable. I hope someone will truly help resolve this issue and not just ignore or dismiss it. This is the first time I am dealing with such dismissal behavior,...
Read moreI have lived here for a year and a half and these are nice modern apartments with many amenities.
My only dislikes would be the garbage not always being taken and the second hand smoke that comes into my apartment at times, however the apartments were recently bought by new owners who seem invested in making improvements to the community, so I feel confident they will address any issues.
Update Unfortunately my hopes for improvements coming with the new management, especially since there was a huge rent increase ($175/monthly) on my lease renewal when they took over, are dashed.
The second hand smoke continues to be an issue. I have notified management many times, as it's a health issue for me since I have asthma. I am always told they can't help because they don't know who it is. I have never once seen them come look around or do a surprise inspection . I have told them who I belive it is and that I have seen her smoking with people that work for the building as well as construction workers right next to the building and the only reply was thanks for the feedback.
They put in car ports which took up 6-7 spaces by each building, when parking was already limited, and if you want a car port that is another $50 a month.
I had a package from amazon that said it was handed to the resident, but I didn't get it. I tried to look in the office but it was after hours (office hous are 8-3 so if you work how are you supposed to go during the open hours?) however even though it had been reacticvated not long ago, my key fob was once again not working. This was also an issue when trying to get my new key after they put in new smart locks..they wanted to leave it out for me, but, that would mean anyone could have taken it, especially since I couldnt get it, with my key fob not working, which doesnt seem safe. Thankfully someone was still in the office late that night, but still an uncomfortable experiwnce.
I was excited when I moved here from Minnesota at the end of 2021 as even though there were some move in issues Amber really went above and beyond to help, but those days are over.
Its very disapointing since i moved here to help my aging parents, who are in bella vista, and with there being no apartments there these are at least close. I figured i would live here until my mom needed me to move in with her, but, i am not so sure now...hoping it's a things can only get...
Read moreDO NOT TRUST THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU.
They only have good reviews because they literally pay the Residences for every good review they leave. Also you are not seeing the owners response. They are not an honest management company.
This place lied to me and was extremely cruel. I had to move out because it was so unsafe I was broken into regularly. I validated this with police reports at their request. I had spoken to them before planning to move out and gotten confirmation that they would wave the buy out fee of 1460 given the circumstance. However when I did move out they charged me over $5000. They charged me for not only basic wear and tear. But $3000 for moving out a month early despite my rent being significantly less and our previous conversations. They could not give me an explanation on why my charges were so high but also refused to remove them. They charged me $1000 for full paint after I had lived there for 3 years and there was little damage to the walls and a carpet cleaning which is legally required for them to perform after a tenant leave. It is incredibly disappointing that after I was in such a dangerous situation, went above and beyond to communicate with them and make fair arrangements to move out. That they then choose to be unfair and also break their stated lease agreement and contract.
To address the response. No we have not spoken in person. So your records are shockly incorrect. I spent 6 weeks to 2 months working with your office and repeatedly reminding them that I was moving out and about or pervious conversations. I have dates of conversation and records and recordings. Your "poor records" are nothing...
