Terrible service. Waited in line for 10 mins while apparently an employee who was in their normal clothes, jeans so baggy that you can see his blue underwear was helping his friends in front of me. When it came to my turn he just took his soda and starting drinking and walking in and out of the counter and didn't even pay attention to me. After flagging someone down to help me, I asked the manager Ryan why some person in their normal clothes was behind the counter, his response was "cuz he works here". If that's the case then at least take my order too. The manager didn't even apologize for the wait or the lack of service. Then of course after I get home I noticed that the bucket of chicken that was supposed to be dark meat had breasts and wings, we don't eat white meat so that was a waste. It's very clear that the management team and employees on this shift does not care about their customers. I strongly recommend not...
Read moreWe ordered a bucket meal online for pickup. When I arrived, it was not quite ready and they offered me a free drink while I waited. The people working were very friendly and communicated that my order was almost up. The restaurant looked well maintained, the tables were clear, the floor was clean the drink machine was in good working order (that I could tell). When I got home the meal was really good, and had been packed up nicely so that I didn't have to worry about anything spilling or tipping. We did get a second mashed potatoes instead of a second macaroni and cheese, but didn't consider this a big deal and so I didn't call. I will say that the original recipe chicken doesn't seem to keep the skin on the way the extra crispy does. I don't know if that is particular to this location, or how it is in general. Overall, it was a good experience and I will...

Tips for the owner (that shouldn’t have to be said.) 1.) to both attract new employees and maintain the dignity of your existing staff you should pay everyone a living wage (which in Arkansas is $15 an hour minimum.) 2.) don’t put your lowest level workers in the position to take all the brunt of your failure to run a successful fast food restaurant.
P.S. the workers here are incredible and do not bear any responsibility for the faltering of...
