Asked for an order and they made a mistake on my first order. The first barista was very friendly and nice but might have been new, so I over looked the mistake and made a second order and this time it was another barista, unfriendly to begin with( she might have been having a rough day, and it happens). But they made the same mistake on the second order. Made me realize that perhaps they did it in purpose. Because when I asked for it to be corrected, the second barista I ordered with gave me such a stare that I never expected at a Starbucks. I’m assuming she was just angry and not racist. This place always had a good experience before. I wanted to give feedback to the manager and asked another barista for the manager and this barista just called someone next to her and asked to talk to me. Either she thought a customer is dumb and won’t know who the manager is or she made a genuine mistake but seemed a bit odd that she wouldn’t call the actual manager. That person she asked to talk to me said let me call the actual manager and ofcourse this ‘actual’ manager was kind and shared that there was a miscommunication and the barista had tried calling us apparently for 5 times but I guess it was loud and we didn’t hear it. My mistake . The ‘first’ kind barista ended up coming to the table and giving us the order , with the wrong cup. Usually Starbucks gets a name on the orders , this Starbucks didn’t which might have been another reason this happened. But seemed to have multiple points of failure in customer experience today so I’m guessing it’s a bigger culture/training issue. Hopefully they resolve it soon. This is otherwise a great place with great baristas. Hopefully this was just a one off...
Read moreNice to have a new Starbucks in the neighborhood but wish they were more serious about their reputation. They seem very serious in there and always seem preoccupied with something going on behind the counter, so you wait even when nobody is on line. Also, I've mentioned to several employees there (one I think was the manager) that their WiFi wasn't working. They usually just smile and say "yeah, we know it's bad" but they have never fixed it since they opened. Being a network technician myself, I can tell you it would take about 5 minutes tops to fix that. I find it odd that they wouldn't care about one of the nice features that draws customers to a Starbucks. It's been many weeks and I mentioned it again today. Same response.
Finally, although this might seem trivial, but there is no trash receptacles outside of their establishment on their patio area. I've never seen that before at a Starbucks. After you have finished outside, you have to go back inside next to the counter (where people are usually standing and where the only trash can is) and excuse yourself to toss your trash. Again, seems strange that they aren't thinking about any of the typical details that make a Starbucks a convenient and inviting place to visit. On the plus side, the...
Read moreI will not be back to the Starbucks. The past handful of times that I have went to that Starbucks because it’s closer to my home. It is taking them over 30 minutes to process and fulfill my order. Two times ago I waited an hour for my coffee that I put on mobile order sat through drive-through wasn’t ready came inside and still waited another 45 minutes for my coffee. As of this morning I went in and placed my mobile order at 8:24 this morning and by 8:47 my Order still was not ready and I ended up having to cancel my order that I used my stars to buy. I have never been to that Starbucks and waited less than 30 minutes for one drink. This Starbucks needs some time management practice and until then I will not be going back. I will always go to my normal location off of Walton Boulevard. Not to mention every time I have went inside to pick up a mobile order. I am not welcomed by the employees nor do they ask what order I am waiting for and everybody else that is in there is also just standing around unsure of what to do or who to talk to when it comes to their...
