This place is a disaster zone. If I didn’t know it was brand new I would have assumed it had been there 20 years, changed ownership 30 times and was finally about to go out of business and they were throwing in the towel. Walked in and could immediately see 3 workers sitting on table chatting one guy in the kitchen, one person by the drive thru window filling and then chugging some soda and some other dude walking back and forth complaining about no line people being there. No one spoke to me, I walked up to the counter, I waited about 5 minutes, dude who was complaining about line people loudly put down his sweatshirt and announced “fine I’ll get it” and came over and asked for my order. After I ordered a carnitas bowl he yelled at someone that I got a carne bowl. Someone needs to explain to him that carne means steak in 99% of Mexican restaurants. I had to clarify that I got carnitas not carne asada. Then he left and it took them another 5 minutes to finally get someone to come and check me out. I ordered a kids plate for my kid and when I got home they hadn’t put any fruit in it.
The place was a disaster. I wish I’d taken photos, there was food all over the floor, used gloves and trash all over the floor in the kitchen, kitchen was a mess, food wasn’t looking appetizing in the front at all, super messy. Staff was absurdly aloof. Someone needs to get a grown up in there.
If you are a general manager of a new location for a restaurant you need to be there every single day open to close for the first month. Can’t just let this location go to crap...
Read moreWent here for the first time tonight and was super disappointed, I got charged $43 for basically nothing but disappointment. The rice was old and clumped together, and then the meat was appalling!! The only protein options available were very dried out and crusty but also surrounded by grease in the bucket. I asked if anything else was available and the person didn’t say anything but looked annoyed until the person behind them said steak was ready. I waited extra long for it to be put on my bowl and the steak was cold by that point. Then the toppings were put on very light handed. My husband burrito only had 4 pieces of steak on it lol, we literally counted it. They had no grilled options for peppers or onions or queso. Only lettuce, corn, sauce or shredded cheese as toppings. Our dinner request was not difficult nor at bad timing. It was normal dinner order when they should’ve had plenty fresh options for the dinner rush. They made sure to charge us for all the extra even though the guacamole should have been my free rewards guacamole. But I’m not even upset about that, I’m upset about the quality and quantity of what $43 gets you. Super disappointing and not satisfying for spending $43. Save your money and go down the street to moes where the servings are much better and it taste fresh, and you can get more than 1 option and get good service for cheaper!!!! My order hasn't been correct a single time from this location. They clearly treat mobile orders worse than ordering in-store. My mobile orders are usually half empty and ice cold.
I have NEVER received the fajita veggies in my order. Entire side orders of guac are being forgotten.
When we asked, instead of taking the feedback and improving, the manager tried to shift responsibility to us. "We're usually out of items before dinner time, you might just need to get here earlier".
Yeah man, maybe my office will let me go 3 hours early to go get my chipotle 😂. We should be planning for "dinner rush", no?
Is it not the responsibility of the manager to order more stock if things are consistently running out? There's a Walmart across the street, go get some bell peppers LOL.
Apparently the employees are supposed to say what items are out of stock when you pick up, but that has literally never happened.
If we all start demanding remakes, maybe this store will lose enough money for the owner / regional manager to start caring. They can't be playing these games WHILE increasing the price.
Do not waste your time at this location, and do NOT give your food back if they ask for it...
