I have been to this restaurant twice in one week Tuesday and Thursday on Tuesday with our order there was two of us we asked for mustard we were told they don't have mustard and a person that came up and ordered at the counter after us asked for mustard and the lady said honey mustard or regular after they just told us they didn't have mustard The girl behind the counter had an attitude as if we were bothering her She was very snippy I feel she was rude She made us feel like we were not wanted as a customer we were not ordering fast enough for her which sort of annoyed her yesterday Thursday we went back we were the only people in the restaurant the girl at the counter again was extremely I feel rude again like we were bothering her we weren't ordering fast enough she kept asking more than once what we wanted where we ready we got the food and same thing the macaroni and cheese was dried out just like it was on Tuesday it had some kind of like a skin on it that we couldn't even eat we ended up throwing that part out The most important issue is the fact that they did not have any and I mean any air on in this restaurant they didn't have any fans on there was nothing coming out of the vents This restaurant was so hot the sweat was pouring down our face while we were trying to eat our food to the point of where my friend was getting sick because of the heat we could not even eat our food we threw a lot of it out and only took a couple pieces home with us because it was too hot in that restaurant and we were ready to pass out and you could not enjoy the meal the service was terrible again the macaroni and cheese was dried out This has to be one of the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to and I have been to many Popeyes from Florida where I live for 30 years and Popeyes is very popular down there all the way up to New York where I've also lived This has to be one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to I would never recommend this Popeyes due to the fact of the employees being rude and disrespectful the atmosphere in the restaurant is disgusting it is so hot in there especially in the summer you should at least have a fan on have some kind of air circulation if you're too cheap to put the air conditioning on and if for some reason the air conditioning might have been broke at least let the customers know that the air conditioning is broke now I know why there was no customers in this restaurant I will never go back there again and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone because I'll go spend my money where my money is appreciated where my patronage is appreciated and where I know the food that I'm going to get is going to be good and tasteful and not dried out it's a shame I could see if it would have only been once but twice in one week which means this goes on every day in this restaurant and that's a pattern and the public needs to know it do not patronize this Popeyes unfortunately it's the only one in around centerton I would rather drive to Siloam Springs to go to that Popeye's because at least that one is decent and it's cool and you can enjoy your food without an attitude or without the sweat dripping...

Pulled up to the drive through and sat there for ~5-7min waiting to hear anyone. Said “Hello, anyone there.” Nothing. Figured maybe it was broken so I walked in.
When I walked in the workers in the back were cleaning up like an end of shift an hour early. The lobby was an absolute mess with garbage everywhere, shoved under the drink counter and loose crumbs and crud even on the service counter. The heat trays were packed and I could tell have been way over stocked. Which I should have left after seeing that but I stayed, my own fault. The person who I assume was the shift manager or most senior person took our order and was pretty checked out. Not rude. Just seemed like they were not mentally checked in to work which I get it, it happens. But then after a communication issue with the kitchen we had to wait for a solid 20min for our order as the only people inside and only two cars outside.
While I was sitting there waiting I kind of looked back into the kitchen a bit because I saw something that was really alarming to me as someone who worked in a kitchen for a while, the fridge was wide open. It was wide open and they were sweeping out some of the main kitchen but there was no reason for it to be open like that for that long. I have no idea how long it had been open but it was wide open for at least 25min which is way too long.
The workers on staff didn’t change gloves going from cleaning duty to handling food. Casual conversation was prioritized over completing even the pre-close cleaning and food running that seemed to be primary task.
When we got to the car I checked the sandwiches we ordered and they were cold, dried out, and primarily burned batter. I wish I had taken pictures but honestly after that experience I just tossed the food. The Apple pie I cut open when I got home and it was really gross and I think either under done or poorly heated so it looked doughy and wet.
I’m going to assume that the workers are either not paid enough to care or aren’t trained for the job based on what I saw. This was embarrassing and honestly until this location is completely re-trained and is under new management I would advise everyone to avoid at all cost for health reasons first, service second.
I wish health inspections in this state were more intense because there is no way this would pass an inspection under a competent inspector.
Shut it down or start over. Seriously. This is on the franchise owners the most. Fix your kitchen before more people get...
Read moreDid a online order from their app and when I get there I'm told they don't have it I show them the receipt and order info from their app and they refused to fix it. I try to reach someone at corporate and can not all u get is robots to talk to. So I go in and reorder my food while I'm waiting 2 younger guys talking and one throw away a online order and the other one said what u doin the one says he don't care. I feel they are ignoring online orders bc they don't want to cook. I asked for the dm and get him on phone he makes excuses and I told him the manager didn't look to see if my order came throw on the screen the young boys where looking and the dm calls me a lier and says his manager wouldn't of don't that and she looked I told him to watch the camera bc she did not.he still called me a lier even after I said I have witnesses. i will not go back. and this needs handled I wwould like to know how many others have done aonline order and got there and not gottin their food or money back. I want a corporate person to call me because this is ridiculous especially when I have receipts and paid 2 times for the same food. I'm filing fraud at my bank for the online order.
