This location is a total hot mess. Ordered on 4/9/22 at 3:25pm. There wasn’t a sole in the drive thru, and only a few cars in the parking lot itself. So they weren’t busy. I ordered 3 nacho fry boxes, all the exact same (2 with root beer and 1 with sweet tea). The person who took my order was polite, but did ask me twice after I had told him what sauces I wanted. Not a big deal. Then asked if I wanted to round up to support a charity, which I said yes. He said it would be $19. I get to the window and he took my card and charged me $18 something, so he forgot to round it. Again no biggie. Then gave me the 2 root beers, and a min or so later handed me the 3 boxes, they weren’t in a bag or anything so they were a bit hard to control. Again, not a big deal. A min or so after that he said that the sweet tea needed stirred so it would be a second for the last item. I waited for a bit and then another young gentleman came to the window and asked if I would pull to the front and someone would bring it out. So I did. I waited 12mins before I decided to call into them, and ask what was happening. They brought out the sweet tea a min or 2 after the call. I live 5mins away and when I got home the food was cold, fries were soggy, and you guessed it no sauces in any of the boxes.
I hate to complain especially in times like we’re in where it’s hard to staff anywhere. However there were at a minimum 4 employees there, it wasn’t a lunch or dinner rush, and they simply failed on so many levels.
I certainly hope the other Taco Bell they’re opening not even 2 miles down the road from this one does a much better job, and has a solid management staff to keep it operating correctly, with trust worthy, dedicated, detailed and customer focused staff. This whole review could’ve been prevented if handled differently.

Read moreI'm not one to typically complain but I've had a couple bad experiences at this location. Past two times I've visited, I've used the mobile app. It's convenient, I can customize my order, and quick. Both times I've order, arrived at the restaurant, and was told my order wasn't available. First instance I was asked to confirm if it was the correct location. I doubted myself, checked on the app and ensured I ordered from the appropriate restaurant. Staff was friendly but my order was jumbled. After initially waiting in the restaurant for them to "make" my missing order, I had to return twice before leaving the parking lot due to finding issues with my order. I realize they were busy and left it at that.
My second visit was more disheartening than the other. Same situation: order submitted from the app, arrive at restaurant, told my order wasn't there. From this point on I was spoken to in a tone that was condescending. Worker stated my order wasn't there. I informed him my order was placed, my card was charged, and I was instructed my order was ready. Not once did he apologize or even offer to make my order. I informed him I had already paid for my meal and had to suggest that my order be made.
Restaurant proceeded to make my order, haphazardly, and gave me an extra cup for my troubles.
I've visited this restaurant since they've opened up and have had excellent service up until the past couple months. I hope they address the technical issues they have with the app. You can't charge customers for a meal and not ensure the order get transmitted to the store. Read moreWe came to get the breakfast crunch wrap boxes at 9am today and the girl who took out kept saying they didn't have crunchwrap boxes deals. We asked about the one on their pictures and then she said oh yeah we have breakfast ones. Then she struggled with the fact that we wanted two orders of the crunch wrap, not two separate orders. On the picture, it showed the sausage crunch wrap, and we didn't get asked a meat type so we figured it would be sausage which we wanted. We got our food, and we checked the inside and we noticed that the cinnamon delights were missing one. Then we noticed they were bacon crunch wrap instead of sausage. We pulled around because one they forgot to put our cinnamon delights and two we didn't want bacon which we were never given an option. We gave the bag back to the girl who took our order and she gave it back to us. Shortly after the manager opened the window and accused us of ordering bacon and she didn't even give us a chance to respond and she slammed the window on us. Shortly after she opened the window again and gave us one bag and said "we clearly heard you say bacon". Again she slammed the window on us and she looked pissed off. We said we wanted both to be sausage not just one. And she just slammed the window again on us. Finally we got our food but there was no apology.
