Walgreens — Local services in Centerton

BEWARE: if you need a print job, don’t count on this location. Ordering was smooth and received a email stating to pickup at an acceptable time. Then, customer service or lack there of kicked in. Get to the photo center and asked for my order. The girl behind the counter looked at me like I stole her food. “Did you not get a cancelation notice. Our printer is down.” Not what you want to hear when you rely on them to print for a big presentation next day but things happen. But like I said then customer service or lack there of kicked in. No help to solve, another lady comes over and simply says “did you cancel it?” To which the first associate said yes. Then said Second Lady looks at me and says we can’t print…… no help to redirect to another location. No offer to print first thing in the morning. No we apologize sir for the inconvenience…. Just a simple “youre bothering us and tough luck buddy look” so I called Bentonville location and they said try Roger we just lost power. I can’t make this up….. hopefully the merchant...

Picking up prescriptions yesterday. The RX associate looked at my pharmacy card and insurance card very intensely for a minute and then went to talk to someone about something. Came back and said that the insurance company was giving a message - something about my card or information not matching what they have on file - essentially fraud. The RX also had the wrong phone number for me in their system. It's the same insurance/memberID/account number I've had for 18 years.... Wasn't the first time I've had an issue at lowly Walgreens so I just said I would pay for it - was only $30. Then the pharmacist had to come over, who looked like he hadn't showered in about 3 days, and proceeded to read me my rights and treat me like a criminal trying to score drugs. Every single WG's store in this area is incompetent, rude and just lazy. So now I have to drive about 30 extra minutes to get to a CSV. As long as I don't have to deal with these people - looking...

I like the store for grabbing a quick snack or OTC medicine, but the pharmacy is a circus. They have never once had one of my monthly medications in stock, and have never once had one of my son’s monthly medications in stock. This has forced us to go elsewhere, but my husband has not switched yet.. They are short on my husband’s monthly medication every month, and I always have to make two stops to pick it up. They also require an override with his insurance every time. This takes time out of his work day to call and fix the problem. He is the primary insurance holder, but the override is not required for other family members. The override is not required at other pharmacies. The store is great, but the pharmacy is always...
