I moved to this location from Northern California (back in Nov 2016), not knowing how NWA is or this apartment complex (have lived in various apartment complexes in numerous states) and I am so happy and glad I did. Stoneleigh of Centerton, is an amazing place to call home, especially if you are new to the area (NWA) and want a great, safe, quiet place to live. I lived here for a little over 2 years, and everyone has been great here. The staff/management, they are so awesome. Daniel, Chandler (current manager), and the former manager Dustin. They have helped me out tremendously and are driven to making things right. I owe this apartment complex a great deal of gratitude and thanks. I lived in a one bedroom/one bath apartment, and it was probably one the best one bedroom apartments I have ever lived in any state until now. The price was right, and the amenities was superb. Big patio! Stairs that are inside the apartment! Big bedroom! Carport! Garages! Swimming pool, clubhouse and gym! Parcel Pending for your packages! There are even cows sometimes in the nearby pasture where they Moo at you! Wow!! Just simply amazing. I am so glad I had moved to NWA and had the opportunity to live at Stoneliegh Centerton for 2 amazing years. Thank you Daniel, Chandler, Dustin and the awesome maintenance team. DO NOT waste your time and money. I have lived in this complex for almost 3 years, now. In the last 3 weeks they’ve shut off the water TWICE and only notified residents via email. You’ll pay over a $1k to live in an apartment with no water. The complex itself is going downhill. There’s only two trash bins in the entire complex so they overflow every week where it stinks and attracts animals. There are multiple fields around the complex that attract all sorts of bugs (particularly wasps) that maintenance will not come and help with. Don’t waste your money on this complex, go right up the road and pay $100 more! EDIT 1mo later to add photos taken 09/13 of trash area and wasps nests. You’ll pay $8/mo for trash removal and $2.50/mo for pest control. EDIT 2mos later: I am FINALLY out of the complex and received my final statement. A little back story, i received 100% of my deposit back in my first apartment with Stoneleigh. Next apartment with Stoneleigh, $1,000.00 for carpet replacement while, 15 months prior, they charged the previous tenant around $400.00 (i know the previous tenant). Stoneleigh was one of the complex's I was looking at in part because of it's high rating, and can attest the service is great. Marci is really easy to work with, especially if you're a first time renter. There was a slight hiccup with the email system, apparently they're aware sometimes things don't send so if you don't hear from them probably call.

Decent location, it is right off of AR-102 which can be very busy so that's worth noting. Did not do interior tour but I didn't see any glaring issues with the complex, I do wish it was a little better lit from the main road since it can be difficult to see at night (passed it several times).

I was slightly confused by the pricing on their website, the price varies around $100 between units of the same type on the same lease length, I was told this is because they have "upgraded" and "normal" units.
