This was my second time in this new store and this was worse than the first time. The first time I placed my order and when I went to get my soda, there wasn't a machine. I wasn't informed of this before placing my meal order. SMH In this visit, There wasn't a greeting upon entering the store. There was a man who helped me, I think his name was Carter, he was okay enough, friendly guy. The rest of the crew, not interested in helping any customer. One was helping an Indian man and he wasn't happy at all about his order. There wasn't any Lettuce, which in my opinion, they should inform the customer of this before taking any order and he wasn't pleased. Her attitude towards him was unsatisfactory to me. When I heard that there wasn't any Lettuce, I asked the one helping me about it and he said no, all they had was Spinach. I looked to the back on the counter and there was about 5 empty bins sitting on it. There was one female standing around and then she announced her departure and left. The whole atmosphere was just stank. Even though this store location is closer to me, I won't be back. I'd rather go out of my way to the one on Walton. At least they greet you upon arriving and are friendly, for the most part. I don't know who the owner is at the Centerton location but he needs to up his training for the employees there. I don't think this store will be operating very long if some changes aren't made soon 🤔
I went back on my word and went to the Centerton Subway again, about a month ago. The new manager for the Bells Vista store was there working and the atmosphere was delightful. I can't remember his name but he is what all managers should be made of. I went back again because of him and there were two guys working. The first guy, didn't seem like he wanted to do his job or was really interested in it. He didn't have a name tag on. Read moreCame in to order 3 footlongs and nachos on 6/28. My sandwiches were made by Rob and Cheyenne. Rob very friendly but not wearing a beard guard and has a long goatee so the idea of hair falling in the food came quickly to mind. So just friendly fyi. Cheyenne who handled veggies and dressing just really made zero effort to make a decent sandwich she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I had to ask her to spread my bacon across the footlong she didn't want to touch it because it was hot. I understand but she could have used her knife to maneuver it. A customer shouldn't have to ask to not have a blob of 4 pieces of bacon sitting in the center of a sandwich to be spread out that's common sense. She also was very messy how she made the sandwiches this is someone's dinner be a little thoughtful? There was also this silent like fight going on between Rob and Cheyenne neither of them wanted to have to stop what they were doing to take things out of the toaster. Cheyenne basically left it up to Rob because he was the only one doing it however my nachos were left in several seconds longer then it should have been and the chips looked BLACK. I had to repeat at least 3 times that one sandwich half of it needed nothing on it because my son is picky she nearly put dressing on it and I had to quickly remind again that he won't eat it if anything is put on it. Read moreThere was 2 workers in dinner rush. Probably 10-13 customers in store, mostly mobile orders. The girl has blue hair and the boy working had curly blonde hair (forgot their names) but they absolutely got slammed at once and those 2 were moving as fast as they could. They had a Karen walk in and yell at them because the app gave her am estimated time of 6:15 and it was 6:25. I don't like waiting as much as the next person but I also understand when you get so many orders at once, all you can do is roll with it and go as quick as possible which they were doing. And if that Karen happens to see this, my order was a mobile order as well and the app gives you an estimated time, but also shows when it's actually ready. Going into a shop and yelling at two very young employees that didn't design the app and are clearly doing what they can with the staffing they have fixes nothing. Do better.
