This place was a joke tonight. I was ordering a pizza from pizza hut as I was pulling into sonic. I work doordash and I was picking up two order. So I check in from a stall because I had two orders thinking it will probably be a wait and I didn't want to hold up the drive thru window cause they were a little busy like maybe a 10 min wait for both orders busy MAYBE. So when I check in I say I have two door dashes give them my information I get, Thank you I have them checked in. Ok well 10 mins go by were still waiting thinking anytime now well 20 mins comes, me thinking my pizza should be close to done so I walk over there while my husband waited on our orders. Well after I texted my husband to let him know I made it. He pushes the button to find what is taking so long on the two orders. They say we only have the one checked in gave him the name of the order they had and said they would be out with in a moment. Then they brought him out the order with the other name on it that was just checked in and he asked the car hop where the other order was she stated it will be out shortly. Then I get back with my pizza mind you I walked over there and back and still no second order now at over 35 mins so when I call back in they stated they didn't know where I was after checking in 3 times from the same stall and talking to the same car hop that just brought out the first order but didn't know where I was....
Read moreI’m not a regular on reviewing locations. If things are bad we just won’t return to spend any more money. Sonic is our go to for quick on the go breakfast and have had good experiences. This day we are in town for college softball. Ordered through the app, bacon burrito combo and single breakfast sandwich. I should have checked the order before driving off, got to my location and handed off the sandwich. Got a grilled cheese instead of the bacon breakfast toaster. So I have paid almost $5 for a grilled cheese sandwich! NO MATTER WHAT, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! I’m blaming everyone involved here, the Sonic locations owner, the locations manager, the locations cook, the locations car hop who handed me my order, and myself. Everyone has to do better! I’m sure you all might think it’s my responsibility to make sure my order is correct, I fill as though it’s a small percentage of the customers responsibility, the other 99% falls on the establishments employees, SERVICE! I did my part I ordered the meal and ordered it with zero changes. It should have been filled correctly and double checked before I received it, by the cook and by the carhop who loaded the bag to bring it to me. The place was not busy at the time only 3 cars parked and two in the drive thru. Read moreI've given this Sonic a couple tries because everyone has a tough day or two. However...multiple bad experiences is not a fluke...it's a habit. This Sonic doesn't get in a hurry for anything. I've tried the drive through and I've tried the drive-in stall. I waited in the drive through tonight (around 9pm)-didn't move forward once-for 10 minutes. I finally gave up and left. There were probably about 7 cars in line in front of me, and the 3 behind me left the line before I did. A couple days ago I stopped by for lunch, and received the same slow service. I stuck it out though and made it through the line for my Coke Zero in about 20 minutes. A couple months ago I ordered a drink at the stall and had to press the button twice to remind the attendant that I was still waiting on a Vanilla Coke Zero...and it had been over 15 minutes. Their excuse was that they were super busy, and then brought me the wrong drink. Two out of my 3 most recent visits, I left this Sonic empty-handed.
