This was a redo on 2 coffees that another DB had incorrectly made. Administration told us to go get a redo free of charge at any location they would make admin aware of the situation The girl wanted us to provide our old cups as proof, from three days prior! We explained the directions we were given to get our 2 $9.00 coffees remain free of charge. She insisted it was HER policy to bring back the cup to prove our purchase......we offered the email from administration as proof. She said no, that's just how she handles it. She would go ahead and remake them THIS time. We called and spoke to an administrator to let her know what had happened, again. I want to give a shout out to Angelina for doing an excellent job assisting me with my order. I ordered a double torture and she asked me if I wanted to add caramel and soft top. I was like "well heck you are the first person at all locations that asked me if I wanted that" I've never had it and she assured me that I will love the combination. She was correct. She did a great job upselling. Made it seem like it was my idea. She was fun to talk to and made the experience a fun one. I will be going to this location from now on. The broistas are always overly friendly which is what they are going for and they do it well. The coffee, however is inconsistent. I have, on multiple occasions and in multiple locations wondered if I even received my ordered shot in my beverage as the flavor is so mild and buried under an overabundance of sugary syrup flavor. The quality had definitely been adversely affected as their focus has shifted from coffee making to marketing a brand which is unfortunate. They are a very community minded company which I have a lot of respect for, they are just not a place I go for coffee anymore as there are so many better quality coffee options in...
