ALDI — Local services in Centralia

Usually this is the only place in Centralia I shop. It’s clean, and produce is good. Went in today and was treated BEYOND rudely by the checkout girl. Never had a problem before. I understand everyone has bad days. I work in customer service everyday. Just goes to show you never know who watching and paying attention. I never ever leave reviews either but when I asked for the manager she said she’s on break so here we are. I did not grab a cart and just put my groceries in a bag. She threw my groceries, split my strawberries everywhere. I have never ever been treated so badly at a grocery store. Told me I couldn’t use the cart at the end that was HER cart. I’ve always shopped here with my mom cheap prices but tonight has been the worst experience here. Cashier was snoddy, never had an issue with putting our groceries on the belt until tonight. Also I understand you have an “average” but if I pay for my groceries you need to take extra precaution to make sure they aren’t just “thrown in” the cart! clean and well stocked store, Gave only 2 starts because the produce is always all bruised up. I have witnessed them restocking apples and just taking boxes and dumping them. Maybe some staff training on how to care for produce. I think some people just don't understand how easily they bruise. If you buy produce there you must look at each and everyone you buy.
