If I could give zero stars I would, This shop may be fine for buying games but on an ethical basis I’d advise against even that, took my system in for repair, took 2 weeks to return it because the repairman was on vacation but never told me he was going on vacation before dropping off, charged me for an hour up front as a “bench rate.” Did not repair the system, never refunded me, and on top of that prior to dropping it off the system still was functional, after getting it back everything was disassembled and a couple of crucial connectors were broken by the repairman, they took my system, broke it, charged me then refused to refund me, absolutely disgusting by the way they conducted themselves and honestly it’s not even about the money or the fact that they couldn’t fix it, it’s about the disrespect for their customers and their customers...

Absolutely the best group of employees!! All knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. We have many gaming systems from them and also have purchased musical instruments, amps, and TV's from them. Matt did an excellent job refurbishing our original NES...

They refurbished my N64 we got for free with new capacitors so it can be played for 20 more years. Price was fair market value for everything they sell or serivces they provide. Cool selection of all things video games definitely worth my...
