I wish i could get ahold of corporate about these guys. I have been a customer for years, and have had problems ever since the new management took over. First off I rented a TV that i have had about a year now that will not screen share nor will it connect to the internet to update itself to allow the screen share to work. This has been going on since i got the thing. Ive called them numerous times the suggested swapping the tv out but they never did or even bothered to call me back. In fact i have done this every month since ive had it. Escalating it does nothing. The manager seems aloof and like he doesnt want to be bothered. And when it has gone that far he keeps refering me to the manufacturer. Which after they want me to send the tv away for weeks at this point to fix it. I have told them this and all i get is "we will call you back" and no phone call........... Yet when we are late on a payment they are on the spot knocking on my front door for their money....... After i have told them to contact my fiance instead of me. I work long hours 14+ per day and sleep during the day. They show up and i am half asleep dealing with them in a state of non comprehension.... Kind of hard to be a decent human being when you are woken up by them wanting money. Also funny how my fiance has no voicemail and no missed calls from them..... I do not know how they plan to opperate a business where they put defects on the manufacturer. Especially while you are still in contract with them. Thats not how it worked with the old management. I would simply call and they would fix it. You would expect that the extra thousands of dollars spent on the product would at least get you decent customer service.    Read moreThis MamaSquatch strolled in with my squatchlings in tow to find some new furniture for our cave. I’m a little reserved, shy and protective and we were ready to throw jerky upon entering as you know…sales people. Gotta be on guard and ready to bargain the jerky. But surprisingly we were greeted by extremely friendly people.
Elijah was very straightforward and super friendly even though we were still deciding exactly what we wanted. Then we came in soon after and met Ray and Chase. I believe his name was Chase…Squatch brain ya know. They were a hoot and not in an owl hoot way. Like Ha ha hoot hoot. We had some conversations that weren’t furniture related and realized we come from the same tree areas. I didn’t even need to knock two pieces of wood together for the smooth interaction. I feel like they are fellow Squatch friends I’ve met roaming through the woods.
We finally decided on what we wanted. Me and Ray had some more great convos until my Squatch brain kicked in again as I thought about jerky.
Delivery day came and quick. Allen and Jacob were as strong as my Squatch relatives. They placed everything with the utmost careful touch, tested the “logs” to make sure all components worked and that the squirrels would be happy charging and squirreling their nuts away.
All in all…Such a great group of people here. I look forward to going in and making my payments just to Squatch talk. Sometimes when all you have are Squatchlings to click and clack too, it’s nice to talk to a human once in awhile that don’t just want to grab a blurry photo of us.
