Oh yes I spend $450 there and then they give me a coupon for my next visit where can I use it at the moment I was purchasing what I bought anyway I found what I needed and I left thank you for all your help but I tore that coupon up and said I'm never going back!! I mean this kind of not very good customer service didn't even ask me if I wanted to be on a mailing list for anything so why would I go back you're not asking me to come back after you didn't give me the discount on my current purchase and give me a coupon for say a later purchase yeah that's not good customer retention just my comment... I’ve been in this store twice and both very soon to closing time. I was treated like they weren’t going anywhere, no rushing me or hinting around, nothing but being treated very nice. My girlfriend had a new dress and the straps were missing so we stopped in to see what we could rig up from the lingerie, we told a very nice young lady our needs and she looked in a drawer, found exactly what we needed and said here you may have them, no charge).
