I don’t leave reviews unless it’s needed. First time at this soup shop location since it is closer to my house and unfortunately i had a horrible experience. The lack of customer service I received, not only did my waiter not check up on me, asking for waters to refill, and never brought. My friend and I BOTH had hair in our food, I called my waiter over very nicely and discreet as I don’t want other customers hearing me (to be considerate) I mentioned to her the hair that was in my plate as she visually saw and pointed to my soup. She then apologized, left and came back stating if we want anything on the house;as I would want anything else coming from the fact there was hair in my food. She was very quick to give me the bill and then mentioned “all their chefs wear a net for this particular reason” as i was making it up when she clearly saw the hair on both of our plates. Then, proceeded to make me pay for food that was clearly unsanitary and wasn’t finished. I am not one to make a big deal so I paid but it doesn’t sit right at all with me that a manager didn’t speak to me for the situation, remake my meal, not even be discounted, and then proceeds to make me pay for the total bill. I am disgusted truly & grossed out as this is very unsanitary for a...

The biggest reason for eating here is the late hours they are open. The days of really late night dinners are over for many of my neighborhood restaurants. We arrived about 8 pm and there was no waiting although the place seemed quite full. Menu is filled with these colorful well plated dishes so I was anticipating at least a semblance of said photos. Slightly to vastly different from the photos. (Is it IG vs reality photos?) I felt the food was okay but the soup lacked a distinct depth of flavor. Noodles were also still undercooked but softened eventually. I opted for the well done sliced beef brisket pho, my son opted for chicken breast pho ( sliced thinly & skinless chicken) , two more diners got the rib bone beef combo pho. Variety of milk teas : I got the jasmine milk tea and that was just the right amount of milk and sweetness. The menu says the broth is beef for almost everything or vegetable stock available if requested. Quiet overall. Server takes your credit card payment at the table. Desserts are refrigerated and individually packaged so you can even take it home. Coconut jello was good and not...

Soup Shop was very good. I recommend ordering the Ribeye Pho and crunchy pork buns. Jennifer was a model employee who greeted us warmly at the door. She greeted us with a smile and provided us with an effortless order experience. Jennifer gave us plenty of time to choose and she gave us great recommendations. She has an amazing palette and knows how to pair dishes for a delicious meal experience. Our water cups were never empty and always cold.

The food was fresh and piping hot. I love the shop atmosphere. It balances being convivial and lively while also being private and intimate. I look forward to eating through the menu and being greeted like an old friend. I can't wait to eat here...

This is a great spot for Vietnamese pho with a mix of other Asian dishes, like their tasty popcorn chicken. The pho broth is flavorful but not too strong. A highlight for me is the option to add extra protein, such as rib and oxtail—they give you a decent amount, which makes the meal even more satisfying. I also really enjoy how tender their shaken beef is. The portions are fair, and the service is consistently good. What truly sets this place apart is the interior design. The Scandinavian modern look gives it a clean and inviting feel, standing out compared to typical hole-in-the-wall pho places. There's a free parking lot since it's located in a strip mall. Overall, a solid casual meal option!

We used to get delivery from the Anaheim location to the hospital I work at and it was always good. I’ve been wanting to try the pho at their restaurant and was surprised to find they opened one down the street from me. It’s a little bit hard to find parking in this plaza during dinner. The restaurant is still new so it wasn’t busy though. The staff were very nice. I got the rib pho and it was excellent. The broth was tasty went being over flavored with MSG. The ribs really fell off the bone and the portions were huge. We also got the garlic fries with filet mignon and the flavor was so amazing. I’m so happy to have a good pho place nearby.
