So me and my girl Decided to get another nintendo switch light and we ordered it online to pick up at the store at this location movie winning the person working the death (chelbie or shell-be ) said theu didnt have it Even though said pick up at this location so she sent us to another game stop in a whole nother town And we got there relying that she was supposed to counsel the order at This particular game stop in we would have to pick it up from the other We thought that was weird because he said to pick up at this store so we win in it turns out that ours was at the store in the West back there she just didn't give it to us meme that happened to pay again at the other game stop I was very disappointed and upset with the service luckily when we came back a few hours later the manage Was at the desk this time and told us that yes she did a wrong in ours was there so we own a why she said it wasn't we also felt that she was trying to rush us out real quick and she really didn't want to send their it felt very uncomfortable And was not a very pleasant Visit Like the manager who was there between 6 to closing was phenomenal he handled in fixed the problem respectfully kindly and professionally his service was a one I wish I can remember his name I...

It's always a fun place to stop by to browse, enjoy, have some nostalgic moments, and just be a kid again. Really like the setup here. From funko pops,anime figurines, games from all systems, old school batman/superman figurines, discounted items, pokemon/one piece cards, and many other items. I was pretty impressed by the used section for ps4 games. Almost got something, but I couldn't find games that I found interesting based on you tube reviews. Either way had a great time, and hopefully get the paid membership in the up and coming months to get the $5 credit per month and other perks that come with the membership. The employees here are very helpful, and not bothersome. The suggest assist, but dont bother you. Its nice. Thank you for making my Saturday a fun one. 😊

Horrible experience, avoid the store and Kevin G. Bought two switch 2 controllers and needed to return 1 of them. Wasn't aware of the 15 day return policy, I was literally 1 day late (16th day). Since that is the policy, I am fine with that. However, Kevin G went ahead and cut opened the items seal with a blade and then later on went ahead and tell me he cant return it due to 15 days passing. Totally unacceptable as this was a new item with seal on it and this uneducated/untrained associate broke the seal and put a tape on it and gave me back the item. I have opened a complaint about this and will not back down till this is resolved.
