How is the Bible followed when a woman is leading the congregation in prayer—publicly and with authority (from the stage)?! (And yes, I am a woman who tries to follow the Scripture) Leaders, take note: According to Scripture: 1 Timothy 2:12 – "I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet."
I had driven almost an hour to attend this church, hoping to find a biblical, truth-preaching congregation. But instead, I left deeply saddened.
