FAST STOP DELI — Restaurant in Louisiana

2 stars because the boss seemed like a nice guy. If it wasn't for that I would have definitely given then 1 star. Their chicken tasted like a did been cooked and then was cooked again just to warm it up. They took my order for fish and then tell me they're out of tartar sauce as it served to me. ( I ended up taking my food to go after the rest of the family finished and bought a bottle of tartar sauce from a local store) The worker who was working there by himself at that point, (not the boss) was chatting with his buddy at the counter. His buddy asked me rudely if I "needed salt with that" after I had asked for tartar sauce and was told they were out. This was a bad experience with average food and was insanely overpriced. I caught them towards the end of their open hours and maybe it was just an off...

Came in last min. Which I normally wouldn't do to anyone in food service. But the guy was awesome turned the fryers back on and made 2 shrimp po boys for me and my fiance. They were amazing! And great service! Hats off to you sir. Every time we come here the shrimp poboy is amazing. This is our go to poboy place when we come down from Illinois. They definitely take care of us. Fresh mouthwatering poboy.....yum! Won't let me add another review so I'll just add to my last one....this place is freaking amazing. Idk what the spice is in the shrimp breading but it's awesome. We love this place. It's always the first stop when landing in nola, and a constant stop for a snack. And the owner is great always polite and best service. Food is always fresh. We love it. Can't go wrong making the choice...

Small little chicken/po-boy shop located next to the gas station. We ordered some fried chicken and it was made fresh. We were the only people in the restaurant and it was about a 20 minute wait. It was well worth it for fresh, hot, crunchy, juicy chicken. I do wish they had spicy marinated fried chicken, but the regular fried chicken was still so delicious.
