The store is has a pleasant setup, not too cluttered and everything is organized well. The staff have always greeted me with a smile and have been willing to go out of their way to help me find a better product than what I was looking for, even if it was less expensive. They seem to care about the customer experience and they also have an impressive selection of products. Highly recommend.

Was automatically accused of "stealing" as soon as walking into the store. Was constantly being watched as soon as walking into store with my husband and was told his behavior was "suspicious" because he waved me into the cigar part to see if I could spot a certain cigar we had gotten before then was proceeded to be told "we have cameras in there so y'all know". Walked out without anything. Very bad experience and customer service. Will not be going back...
