I went to sell my keyboard, and told them that I wanna do a rather low price for the stuff (just need it gone). They say they can do it, and I, out of humor, asked if the price can go up, something they obviously don’t want to do. The excuse they gave me was: “If it is a smaller keyboard it would be easier for us to move it around” What!? Although I knew it beforehand, their hilariously unprofessional response nevertheless pained me as it assured me that I was being ripped. I wonder if they came up with lame excuses like this with their other purchases and tried to rip their customers and not give a damn about dignity. Kindly Talk to customers with a polite tone please. Here's the experience from my side: I went to buy smth. The younger sales person was nice and accommodating and even offered a exchange without going through taxes. But the other older sales person, possibly the store manager or owner was eating in front of the customers side and shouted. Yes literally shouted "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" When I simply asked"Can I get a discount?" I mean you just say no. Or maybe No, sorry we can't! But looks like you chose to shout and it freaked me out totally. I purchased my laptop there a few months ago and was extremely happy with the staff. They were very kind and helped explain how the Apple operating system worked, which was important since I had never used an Apple computer. They also have good prices on new and used power tools and always have something in that I can use. Their prices for selling is fair and a lot better than some of the local competitors, I only pawned 1 item and their interest rate and payment options were very reasonable.
