I had the worst experience and I am never going to buy at JC penny now. I got some order online for curbside pickup. App said it's delayed, I called the store and someone said they are going to come out but had to wait to so long. So I thought I want to cancel but they said I need to come inside the store to get the item returned and the item is in the store. Why would I come inside the store to return the item that is already there, Manager told us that is the rule. Manager even did not apologize, she was just saying it's the rule and did not even address the problem. Was just at JC Penney’s in Champaign and brought several items worth $185 dollars. I didn’t know when I tried on a pair of clearance Capris what was scraping my upper leg until I took them off and at least six security tags with exposed pins fell to the ground. My upper leg is scratched. I was going to leave the store but I needed the items I was going to purchased.
