I went to Kay’s to have my wedding set cleaned and inspected. While I was waiting for that to be done, I started looking at some of the clearance items. Maurice was the one helping me and he was absolutely wonderful. And of course because it was Friday November 10th, they were having an early Black Friday sale; he had to show me the most gorgeous lab created diamond ring I’ve ever seen. It was the best sale of the day so he thought I should see it. Well of course I wanted it. So I left and did more shopping and came back so purchase the ring. We had some issues trying to get it financed for me but, he continued to work diligently so I could have this ring. After about an hour of chatting with him and the entire crew working that evening, we just couldn’t make it work. So he surprised me with the next best ring on sale. He said after all our hard work, I deserved a beautiful ring. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience with Maurice and his coworkers and will happily continue to do business with them. I had an issue with a ring that I got recently, something was wrong with it and a whole piece came off of it. I called up there and explained what had happened and they told me to come on up (I live an hour away) They said it was on them and they told us they were going to get me a new one, not even replace the piece, just get a new one I asked if I could look around for a little bit and maybe pick a different one, I ended up finding the perfect engagement ring, everything happens for a reason! Ary was absolutely wonderful with showing me the different rings I wanted to try on. She was patient and kind to me. I was really upset and nervous when I first got there and she was so sweet to me.
