These guys know customer service. The staff are friendly, professional, patient, and always have a smile on their face. Some of the staff members have remembered me when I come in for my ring cleanings.
My fiance and I came in here to look at rings because my promise ring from JCPenneys folded like a bow or infinity symbol. I've had it happen to my class ring in high school too but no one has been able to give me a reason as to why it happens for me to avoid doing whatever it is that is causing it. And before anyone comments, I work in an office - no heavy lifting, and I always take it off before cleaning with harsh chemicals.
Well less than 2 weeks after getting my promise ring back from getting it fixed it folded again.
So now we were looking for a replacement and a possible engagement ring. By then my fiance was done getting rings from JCP. I know he should've went by himself to look at rings but he knew I wanted a specific style so he let me tag along. We showed the staff what my old ring looked like before getting it refunded at JCP and they weren't sure how it happened either.
They helped us look at possible ring choices. I knew I wanted a halo style ring. I was mainly concerned about the height of the ring because I've heard 1 too many stories of fingers nearly coming off from a snagged ring. The staff showed us many styles of the halo cut and in various metal types. We wanted to stay away from the sterling silver since that is what my promise ring was.
I found the perfect ring and fell in love with it. I didn't want to put it down.
We left to return my old promise ring and after my fiance saw how upset I was for leaving that ring, we went back and looked into financing options. The staff offered 2 types of financing that we qualified for and we left with the right that day! Lets just say I wasn't upset anymore.
Of course my fiance did the correct thing of asking my dad for my hand before proposing with the ring but let me tell you the waiting to get that ring back on my finger was agony!
We got the lifetime warranty as well so I come in every 6 months and have it inspected for any loose/missing diamonds and a cleaning which takes all but 3 minutes. It's been 8 months since we first got it and I'm still in love with it just as much as when I first looked at it.

Read moreWorst customer service I have ever received. Went to Zales two Fridays ago to get an engagement ring. My fiancée found one and fell in love with it. The ticket price with $2500 with 40% off for Black Friday. I asked my fiancée if she would like me to purchase today to get the sale price. She asked the associate how long the sale would be in affect and the associate said two weeks. We asked them to hold it until the next Friday just so we could be sure and they agreed. Got a call the next Friday to make sure we were coming and we did. Got the ring to the register, NO SALE!!! The associates acted like we didn’t know simple math and gave us a 10% discount after promising us 40% off. We traveled to get this ring and were heartbroken when we got this news. They said they did everything they could. My fiancée was heartbroken. Know your products, know your sales, and know your customers. This is unforgivable. Do not go here!!! Went to Roger’s and Hollands across the way and they were great. Very professional and knew their products.

Read moreMy wife and I took her wedding set into the store recently to get resized. I was astonished by the rep's demeaning attitude towards the rings we brought in. I purchased these rings over 20 years ago (my wife and I celebrate 20 years this year) and she bashed the rings. Basically said they needed to be scrapped and replaced/Upgraded. I personally have spent thousands of dollars in that store dating back to 1999, when Chris was my salesman. I loved dealing with him and loved the quality of stuff they sold me (rings, watches, necklaces, ear rings and bracelets to be exact). Today, I wouldn't spend a dime in that store. The stuff she said was wrong with our rings, ya turns out there wasn't anything. A reputable jeweler in the area took one look at them and said there isn't anything wrong and they have had numerous people come in and say the exact same thing about this location. Buyer beware, once they make the sale, they will tell you how bad it is and that you need to replace it. Talk about not backing...
