I had a friend pick up an item for me that was out at the Terre Haute store ( see my 1 star review of them ) Due to a major mix up, I called back and spoke to the mgr . I live over an 1 1/2 hrs away , and was 1 hr away when I figured out the mixup. He was professional, courteous and resolved the issue in my favor. What EXCELLENT csr svc!
