The biggest scam artists I've come across since taking my vehicle to any mechanic. Chris gave me a print out of all the issues wrong with my truck and went as far as to take me out yo the truck to point some of the issues out. Gave me a price of around $8,000 to fix everything to get my truck to stop shaking and said that I shouldn't be driving the truck at all because it could go ar any moment. We'll I didn't have the money for what they wanted to charge at the time and also I wanted a second opinion because I went to them a few months prior and they quoted me a price of around $4,000 to fix an issue which I paid. At this point it felt like they were overcharging. I asked Lifted Trucks and Tires to give me a price for what Copperhead told me needed to be fixed and described the problem. Lifted Trucks could have gave me a price and taken my money. Instead they asked me to bring it in and take a look so they could do their own diagnostic free of charge. Well, I had just gotten 3 of my tires changed a couple of weeks prior. Turns out that I just needed to get the 4th replaced to stop the shaking because the tires had uneven wear. I got a new tire for a lot less than what Copperhead quoted and that immediately stopped the shaking and haven't had any shaking since. Chris had the nerve to call a while later to follow up on the repairs they quoted me for. I told him I got the issue fixed and the problem wasn't any of what they told me it was. He couldn't get off the phone fast enough. This place will RIP YOU OFF....

The truck was at the dealer to be fixed for a total of about 3 months of that time. During that entire time the truck was not running right and the dealership simply kept replacing parts based on codes the computer was giving them without doing true โdiagnosticsโ. The truck was under warranty but i was done wasting time. After doing a lot of research, Copperhead Diesel kept coming up. These guys are true technicians and they run a tight ship. Made an appointment they got it in and they had a diagnosis within a day after also going over the whole truck thoroughly. They not only fixed it but were able to find other issues the dealership did improperly and fix those issues. They called me with a full report before fixing the issues and explained the tests they ran and how they did them To come to the conclusions they came to. They codes were verified through other means which is a sign of a true technician. In a world of computer reading parts replacers, Copperhead is far from that and I will be bringing all my trucks there in the future. They are great...
ย ย ย Read moreStrange that there are no reviews yet. I say this because this may very well be the only diesel performance shop I will be going to in the state. They are excellent, and when I say excellent, I mean top notch. They are very knowledgable, and most importantly very clear on what they are doing. If they notice something else that may be wrong/on its way out/needs fixing they will let you know. They own and drive these trucks like the rest of us, so above all else they know that safety is key (we can't enjoy our trucks if we're dead now can we?). I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean and Brandon, and I have only good things to say about both of them. Knowledgable, concise, polite, mature, the list can go on and on. The shop may be a "performance" shop, but I have found these are the best shops for even simple repairs on completely stock trucks so don't think they are only performance. I have found that shops that have the know how to make a truck more powerful/faster and reliable are the place to be when it comes to even simple fixes. All in all, if you need something diesel related to be modified, repaired, or looked at, this is the...
