Nerd alert! These people working here seem to have been the kids that got picked on in junior high for being on the varsity chess team! They are disrespectful to me and my girl everytime we go in!! I came in with my old phone LGG7 with a cracked screen and the lightbulb was burnt out plus I had a lock code on it so we couldn't get into the phone so they denied me and told me to wait till next day when manager was in.Came in manager denied me because I didn't have the box, came back in with box got denied again because they couldn't get into the phones system settings..so they make me go back to at&t and get my proof of purchase receipt from a couple years ago so that way they knew it wasn't stolen then finally gave me my money and charged a f* fee for having to take a broken cell phone which was the price of bringing it in with the charging cord, so pretty much stole an extra 2$....one person will always refuse my controllers o matter what and another will take them anyways! This is a bad way of doing business when they just look at you stuff and say..."its dirty so your not getting as much money as you should because you didn't dust it off before coming in" like sorry I live in a 2nd story apartment where the seals let in dust and dirt all the f time and we have to change the air filter weekly....its f* Azizona! The employee on the floor was confrontational and talked down to us almost immediately- dismissing us and everything we said and would not let us get a word in edgewise before rudely cutting us off. Now look- I'm not usually the type of person who rates a business based off one bad egg. Perhaps I was the 19th customer he'd talked to that day and all of the preceding were terribly impatient and didn't listen to reason. Heck- for all I know, the man's dog could've gotten run over this morning or something depressing like that. But it is important to recognize that YOU are the face of your company to EVERY customer who walks through that door. It is utterly unacceptable to be argumentative and disrespectful.

Read moreWe have only been to this location two times but I frequent the Gamestops closer to home more than I care to thanks to my kids. I think you have to understand that you get paid a fraction of what you think a game or phone is worth, for trades, but if you put the credit toward a new purchase it helps offset the price and honestly it's kind of hard to sell games on Craigslist or eBay or maybe if you are a busy parent that's just not how you want to spend your time. I found the store to be smaller than some stores I have been in but the employees to be friendly and helpful. I would visit again.
