I’ve had Mexican food throughout the Southwest, border towns, and in Baja. I try to eat where the locals are congregating in an attempt to find that rare gem. Last night, I found it. I honestly didn’t expect anything great when I pulled up to this trailer. Nor did I realize I was about to come face to face with a mexican food Jedi. This man Leo is a taco master. He’s quite possibly the grand wizard of flat-top grills. He’s that Final Boss that’s going to humble you. We ordered a few items on the menu and I was taken back when I tried each one. The Adobada tacos were grilled to perfection. The textures and flavors of each item were blowing my mind. No, I wasn’t high, but I’m strongly considering it for my next visit (and I don’t even smoke). I’ll fail a drug test and get fired… I don’t even care if it makes his food taste even better.
