US Nails — Local services in Chanhassen

I have had acrylic nails for over twenty years. Had fills done at US Nails twice. I now have a severe nail infection and my nails are actually lifting from the nail bed. This last time I had my fill, three weeks ago, my cuticles were so sore. Red, irritated, and skin peeling and cracking. I was in so much pain. I started using cortisone cream and it helped a little. I am going to have to remove my acrylic nails and let my nails heal. This had to have been caused by unsanitary equipment. I will be stopping by there today or tomorrow to see if the are willing to offer me any compensation. This is painful and ugly. Be careful!!!! I have been going to this shop to get my nails done for about 5 years now. They do such a fantastic job and the salon is super clean and cared for well. Recently I was there as Mother of the Bride getting ready for the wedding. My daughter had gone to another shop to get her nails done with her bridesmaids but they left all of the acrylic gel under her nails and she needed to get them fixed. US Nails fit her in that same day and soaked off her nails and did them all over again for her so they were perfect for her wedding day and took the best care of her. This is my fourth time at US nails and it is always a wonderful experience. Everyone is so sweet and incredibly talented. They go above and beyond and truly care about their clients and it is so obvious to see. They always manage to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and I am always so grateful since I have limited availability due to work.
